The management company was the best we've ever worked with. I needed to call them after making the reservation, and they were friendly and helpful. My questions were answered with straight forward answers. My concerns were addressed, and I felt comfortable going ahead with the reservation of the units and the free car rentals. They checked with us soon after we checked in. There were a couple of problems that they promptly took care of. The two units were in great shape, comfortable and had convenient access to the property via the lanai's. We loved the resort. So many amenities and so close to the beach. Our teenage grandchldren were well entertained.

Aloha Carolyn! We’re truly delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience with our team from the time you made your reservation through your stay. It means a great deal to know that our staff was able to answer your questions, address your concerns, and promptly assist with the few issues that arose. We're also pleased that you enjoyed the two villas, the resort's amenities, and the convenient beach access. It's especially wonderful to hear that your teenage grandchildren had such a great time! Thank you for choosing KBM Resorts. We sincerely appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you and your family back to Hawaii for another memorable stay.
