If you're looking for a house w all the amenities and close to downtown Chattanooga and surrounding areas, this is the place to stay! Although we used it because we were in transition from selling a home to buying a new one and needed to stay somewhere for a couple of weeks, I would definitely recommend it to somebody who's visiting from out of town!

Nice, quiet location. Comfortable beds. Clean home. I wish I would have noticed there was no can opener before I started cooking though lol.

The home was clean and served its purpose. We didn’t spend too much time there. It’s pretty basic and has the bare minimum of the necessities.

The home was clean and a nice size for 4 adults and a dog. The kitchen is huge as is all of the rooms which made it comfortable. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms had the basic toiletries which was helpful. There’s an outdoor deck off the dining room and a cement slab with a charcoal grill downstairs. The yard is not fenced so every potty was a walk or a tie-out on the tree in the front. We love spending time outside relaxing but there was no patio furniture. This is a new listing so that may change! The neighborhood was great! Very walkable and dog friendly (with some steep hills). You can hear other dogs barking fairly often throughout the day but it wasn’t bothersome to us. Grocery, shopping, restaurants, and activities are all within 10-20 min drive. It does take about 6 minutes to get out of the neighborhood to the main roads (again, lots of hills). The hosts are very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for our needs (softball tournament and family reunion). Kitchen is well stocked and large. Property is clean, beds are comfortable, with a washer and dryer tucked into the bathroom. Plus a binder with great information was on the counter. We will choose this property again if we are back in this area. Restaurant recommendations: Baby Hughy’s (great reuben), Dos Maguey’s (huge portions, friendly staff), and Roadside Coffee Cafe & Grill
