Escape to this idyllic lakeside retreat, Dock Tales! Experience waterfront living at it's finest. With plenty of amenities for the whole family to enjoy including a hot tub, screened porch, and a huge sunroom spanning the width of the home overlooking the lake.

With 5 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, this tranquil retreat offers a cozy space for guests to unwind. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The living room features a wood burning fireplace. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen. The master suite is on the main level with a private bath. There is also a half bath on main level. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The lower level has a rec room with ping pong table and a second sunroom. Another bedroom and full bathroom are located above the garage with separate access. There is a cart path leading the the dock. Owner keeps boat in slip but there is room to tie up on side. Open view to one of the lake's main channels. We look forward to welcoming you to our place !

The property was wonderful. My family visits Lake Hartwell almost every summer and have stayed at many different VRBOs on the lake, all very nice. However, the general consensus was that this property was the best by far. The dock was perfect! The property was clean, spacious and had great amenities. The deer and fawns were a joy to see throughout the day. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. We had such an amazing time, and all agree that we should stay here again for our next vacation.Thanks for a great time!The Welch Clan

The house and property are lovely. Everything was clean and tidy and plenty of room for our extended family. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. We especially loved seeing all the deer on the property

Adorable place with a wonderful view. We spent our mornings sipping coffee as the sun rose. By lunch we were out on our personal boat and catching tons of fish. We played had family time with the games and night dock fishing. It was great. Thanks so much!

Perfect home for large families. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities for everyone to enjoy. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Everything was clean and well kept. Great fully stocked kitchen with abundant cookware! Highly recommend!!

This house had plenty of amenities and hosting space. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The dock was amazing with plenty of seating, allowing us to hang out there comfortably. The host readily communicated with us during check-in and check-out to answer any questions we had.

Absolutely beautiful home. Perfect for my large family to get together. Beautiful spot on the lake in a cove but right next to the main channel and about a 3 minute ride to bait ramp and 5 minutes to the marina. Dock was perfect and an easy walk from the house. Basement area an added bonus with plenty of space for everyone.

Fantastic layout and plenty of space for 2 families. Dock was great. Location was perfect for us. We spent many hours in the sunroom reading and playing games. Host was very responsive and easy to contact and even had a griddle and casserole dishes overnighted to the house after we mentioned to her that they were missing. No major cleanliness issues, but the whole house could use a good deep clean. The vacuum bag was so full it wouldn’t suck, lightbulbs out in master bath and laundry room, dog hair, crumbs and cobwebs in the basement. I’m sure that will all be taken care of quickly since the host is so responsive. Mattresses are firm. Overall, a pleasant stay. We would stay again.

The house was great, perfect for our family of 7. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was great with everything we needed. The boys loved the downstair games. The porches, dock and swimming area were amazing. The guest house was a great addition with a large bed and living space with a bath, shower and kitchen area. We will definitely be back! This is our 4th year having a family vacation and this was the best one so far
