New 4BD/3BTH retreat just a 5-min walk to Sanford Lake access with grills, a park, and swings—perfect after kayaking or swimming. Relax on the wooded deck or explore nearby trails. Only 25 min to downtown Traverse City and 35 min to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Ideal basecamp for adventurers, families, or couples looking to enjoy all that Northern Michigan has to offer. Modern comfort meets outdoor fun in beautiful Lake Ann!
