Spacious & Cozy Mountain Retreat – Room for Everyone! Sleeps 10 (cozy) but feels wonderfully roomy for 8 guests.

Main Level:
Step into an open-concept living space with breathtaking ski slope views of Camelback Mountain right from the windows and deck. The mountain slopes are lit up year round, giving a magical feeling to the surroundings, The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and leather sectional sofa—perfect for cozy nights after skiing or hiking. The dining area seats 8, making it easy to share meals and memories. A pass-through kitchen connects seamlessly, offering stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Stocked with cookware, utensils, and essentials, it’s ready for everything from big family breakfasts to cozy dinners after a day of adventure. From here, step outside to the private deck with outdoor seating, where you can take in the views year-round.
This level also includes a queen bedroom and a full bathroom for added convenience. No need to climb any stairs, once inside.

Upper Level:
Upstairs you’ll find two spacious bedrooms designed for rest and relaxation after active days on the mountain.
-Master King Bedroom with a plush foam mattress, vaulted ceilings, custom-made furniture, and private access to the shared full bathroom. Large windows let in natural light and offer wooded views, creating a calm retreat.
-Split King: two twin beds converted into a split KING, making it ideal for kids, friends, or couples.
-Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and granite vanity, along with generous closet space for longer stays.
-Dedicated workspace is also located just at the top of the steps.

Lower Level:
The lower level is its own retreat—a perfect hangout zone for kids, teens, or night owls. Here you’ll find the bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and its own TV; ideal for younger guests or those seeking extra privacy. A third full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a full size washer & dryer for added convenience. The highlight to this level is the Game & Entertainment Room, a lively space with darts, cornhole, board and card games, and a large sectional for movie nights on the 55" Smart TV. Step outside to the patio, where you’ll find a BBQ gas grill and seating arrangement all set against stunning mountain views.

We also have carpet on the steps between levels for added safety. Baby gates are available as well.
