We think it’s because the Ranch House is a natural fit with its environment, and it invites you to take in the beautiful hill country landscape.

Spread out with 6 bedrooms plus a bunk room, 2 living areas, a sunporch, 3 patios, horseshoe pits and a game room with a card table, pool table, fooze ball table, ping pong table, corn hole boards and ladder ball game.

A luxurious home on a 95 acre ranch in the Texas Hill Country. The stylish house is nestled among century old oak trees with beautiful views of the hills. Enjoy tranquility and seclusion on the beautiful grounds around thehouse and 3 spacious patios. Cook in the gourmet kitchen with Wolf appliances.

Expansive primitive hiking trail lead down to the crystal clear Frio River where swimming, fishing, hiking and kayaking are found. The wildlife diversity is incredible with blackbuck antelope, axis deer, whitetail, wild turkey, songbirds, hummingbirds and more. Take a stroll down to the river each evening and watch the fireflies come out. We keep our bird feeders full year-round. The hummingbirds are the best!
Just one mile from this cabin, you have full access to either of the following types of riverfront:
Shallow Rocky Bank: This spot is perfect for relaxing by the cold Frio River. Imagine sitting in chairs, under canopies, listening to music, and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. It’s also great for families with little ones.
Deep Swimming Hole: If you’re up for more adventure, head to the deep swimming hole. The water levels range from 3 to 12 feet, making it ideal for tubing, kayaking, or simply floating and chilling.

*Nightly rate is based on 4 people. Each additional guest is $30 per night. The house sleeps a max of 16 people.
***$500 refundable deposit is due at check in.

Enjoy luxury amenities such as soaker bathtubs and separate showers, Wolf cooktop and double ovens. Three huge back patios looking out over the hills, with campfire ring, lounge chairs, BBQ smoker, steak pit and horseshoes. Frio River Frontage, the shallow rocky bank, on the South side of the ranch is a 25-minute walk on the hiking trail or a 3-minute drive. Take a 10-minute bike ride down to the river in the evenings to watch the fish jump. It is a shared access with other guests that are renting cabins on that end of the ranch. We do not allow any day guests as the safety and privacy of our guests is important to us.
The house is just one mile from our two river spots, you have full access to either place.
Shallow Rocky Bank: Ideal for relaxation, this spot invites you to settle into chairs under canopies, listen to music, and soak in the tranquil surroundings. Families with little ones will appreciate the gentle waters. Adults appreciate the seat deep water to hang out and enjoy a beverage.
Deep Swimming Hole: If you’re up for more adventure, head to the deep swimming hole. The water levels range from 3 to 12 feet, making it ideal for tubing, kayaking, or simply floating and chilling.

The seasonal Buffalo Creek runs right next to the house and is a great place to hike and look for fossils when it is dry or splash around in when there's been some rain.

Although the ranch offers complete privacy, the drive to the nearest town of Leakey is only 8 minutes. Here you can find restaurants, shopping, tackle store, a grocery store, a meat market and more. 7 Miles from Leakey, 2 Miles from Garner State park, 25 miles from Lost Maples State park.

WHAT TO BRING:
Sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, river towels, kitchen towels.
Linens are available (minus river towels) for an additional fee in the off-season/regular season months (Not available in late May, June or July) - $40 per king, queen or double and $30 per twin. Please let us know 48 hrs. BEFORE check in if you would like us to provide lines. Exceptions may be made depending on circumstances. Contact us for more info.

PETS: There is a non-refundable pet fee of $20 per pet per night.
You must notify us that you will be bringing pets BEFORE your arrival at the property. Dog and crate inspection upon arrival. Pets must be kept in a crate when left indoors unattended and are not allowed on furniture and bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding your deposit will automatically be forfeited. Pets must be kept on a leash while outdoors. Owners must pick up animal waste from grounds or your deposit will be forfeited. Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste and then dispose of it properly in your outdoor trash can. Dogs cannot be left unattended on a leash outside. If you do not abide by our pet policy you will be asked to leave, and a refund of your rental fee and the pet deposit will not be issued.

Pets are NEVER allowed to chase wildlife.

Please, no ATV's, golf carts, side by sides, etc are not allowed

PLEASE NOTE: When booking during Spring Break, summer months and holidays, please do not leave a one night opening between your reservation and the reservation before or after you. If you leave a one-night opening, we will call you after your reservation processes through the system, to adjust your reservation dates.
