This second-floor retreat sleeps up to eight guests across three inviting bedrooms, all with window A/C units for comfort. The primary suite boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also offers a queen bed. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or groups, featuring a bunk bed (2 twins), a trundle underneath (twin) and a separate twin bed. A second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

Step outside to enjoy alfresco dining on the spacious deck, complete with seating for six and a gas grill—perfect for evening cookouts while watching the sun dip below the horizon. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning window units in bedrooms, and parking for three cars.

Guests are welcome to use the seasonal pool (Pool opens around the 1st weekend in June through Labor Day), which is located at The Breakwaters North (432 Sea Street - about 100 yards from the condo). With direct beach access to Sea Street Beach, you can take a refreshing swim just steps from your door. Plus, you're centrally located near Hyannis’ best attractions, including ferries, restaurants, museums, and shops on Main Street.
