Beautifully appointed super clean executive suite! The perfect air-conditioned private garden apartment minutes from the best beaches on the Big Island. This is the perfect executive suite for working visitors who want to get out of the heat and do a little work, trading or just kick back. This apartment is 7 minutes from the airport, 6.7 mi / 12 minutes to Costco, approx. 12 min. to Kona's main drag.

The space
This is a 1 bedroom+ office apartment is fully furnished with a full kitchen. We also have beach gear, towels, umbrellas, cooler bags, beach chairs, & boogie boards. There is a separate LG Tower laundry in the garage and gas BBQ on the lanai. A car is needed as we are 3.6 miles up the mountain from the ocean. The apartment has space to practice yoga or morning calisthenics indoor or out. The office is conveniently set up for those studying or working. Wifi is strong, both TVs are smart and the space is quiet except for the occasional neighborhood sounds and the coqui frogs chirping at night.
Unwind in Kailua-Kona at this fabulous apartment. This welcoming space features 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a lovely living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC during your stay. A great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
Guest access
When you arrive to the house, please park in the asphalt parking area to the right of the driveway. That will be your permanent parking spot as long as you are our guest. Once parked simply walk around the right hand side of the home to the rear. You will see a lanai that will lead into your rental apartment. I will have the lights on and the door open to greet you. Please let me know if you would like the A/C on before your arrival. Otherwise I will have the fans and lights on only.
