Beautiful 2-bedroom house with WiFi in Vancouver

Private 2 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom suite. 1 Minute walking distance to 49 Bus, with restaurants, parks, stores, and Downtown nearby.

My space can only be described as clean and spacious. I hope you enjoy your stay at this well-loved home. Each room has a comfy bed and all the necessities. Just ask if you need anything else and I will do my best to help you get it. Additionally if you need a specific check-in/ check-out time, please contact me and we can arrange something.

Our home comfortably sleeps 4, with two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also one full bathroom.

Our living room has a smart TV equipped with Netflix, Youtube, and WIFI.

Fully equipped kitchen with silverware, dinnerware, and utensils.

All area is completely private, with a private entrance.

You are situated near the hub of Vancouver and within 30 mins bus/skytrain ride to Downtown Vancouver. The 49 Bus is a 1 minute walk from the home.

If you are interested in outdoor activities, Stanley Park and Grouse Mountain are both under 30 minutes by vehicle.

If you want to go shopping, there is Metropolis at Metrotown (BC's Largest Mall), Pacific Centre, and McArthurGlen Designer Outlets all within 30 minutes drive and within 45 minutes by public transit.

This location is very accessible by public transit.

Overall Super experience staying here. We really appreciate Mr. Karanvir for his prompt attention to our questions. Based on my interaction, he looks like a nice and copperstive person. We found key things in the unit that are imperative for the stay.

Exactly as advertised. Clean - quiet neighborhood.Plumbing needs upgrade, kitchen faucet leaking. otherwise very comfortable.

We had a great stay at this property. There are a few small things that could be touched up (the tap in the kitchen is loose. The coffee table is unstable. Minor issues that didn’t impact our stay. Some wear and tear which I took pictures of. Reasonably clean. This is a large basement suite. 10 stairs, which was fine for us. The entry door was very tricky to lock and unlock. We had to allow ourselves extra time to deal with that, but we always felt safe and it was very quiet at night. I would stay again.

Large basement suite located in the Victoria Fairview neighborhood. While not walking distance to a skytrain station, bus 49 is right outside! Host was accommodating and we were able to check in several hours before check-in time, which we really appreciated! We were happy with what we got for the price we paid but would suggest that the host fixes the loose taps, correct the slanted toilet, and check all the doors in the basement suite - many were difficult to close fully without a lot of force (some WD-40 may be helpful). Soundproofing is poor and we could hear the upstairs (main house) occupants easily. Unfortunately both nights we were there, the main house occupants were loud until the wee hours of the morning. Suggest to the host to request all tenants abide by quiet hours.

Was impressed when we opened the door at how big it actually was, check in was super easy and went smoothly and the unit was very clean and nice. The only complaint was that it took us a while to figure out how to lock the door but we got it eventually.
