Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Savannah and the place we rented was perfect. Very clean and neat and the perfect size for 2 people and a small dog. Almost everything we wanted to do was no more than a 20 minute walk except for going to the beach at Tybee Island. A very minor suggestion would be darker curtains in the bedroom to keep the room darker at night and in the morning. The one bad thing about Savannah is the parking. But, this has NOTHING to do with the rental. Parking is expensive all over the city. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great location and very walkable, which made exploring Savannah really easy and enjoyable. The condo itself is on the smaller side, but it worked well for what we needed, and it was decently clean overall.One thing to note is that parking is not included and does require payment, so just something to plan for ahead of time.Unfortunately, the bed frame buckled on us the first night, and it was too heavy to fix ourselves, so we ended up sleeping at a bit of a slant for the remainder of the stay. Upgrading to a sturdier bed frame would make a big difference for future guests.Aside from that, we had a good stay and really appreciated the location.

Excellent Stay

We had a great time while staying here. The location was great and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. At night it was quiet and the patio was a great place to unwind. Any communications/questions with the host/management were very quick and timely. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location and Quiet!

Everything was so organized and detailed leading up to our stay. When we arrived, it was better than we expected. So clean. Very welcoming. So close to everything that we barely touched our cars, only moving them to avoid street cleaning. Great place. Would easily recommend.

Great Location!

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking right out the door. Good location to walk to many sites, food, and beverages. Nice size for two people and a pet. We would most definitely stay again.

Old Savannah gem

This place was a perfect spot for us (a couple with a small dog). It was close to the action but still in a quiet spot with plenty of parking. The bed was comfy and the place was clean and well stocked with household items. Loved it!

First time in welcoming savannah

Overall the location was excellent and the apartment was as described. It was clean and roomy, the bedding was very comfortable and the outdoor space was great for morning coffee. We had a problem with our code but the company was immediately available to reset it so we could get in quickly. Parking next to our place was $1/hr and easy to add time as needed. After 8pm there was no charge. We really enjoyed our stay
