The property was great, the location was close to so much, but there are clubs now close to this property. The last few times we stayed it wasn't overrun with the "Club scene". This time it was. There was so much noise from a DJ and club that it can hard to get to sleep prior to 2 AM. If that is your scene then this is perfect, if it isn't then bring a box fan to clock out the noise. We did that and it was good afterward.

Property was clean and well stocked! With Ellis square right outside this location can't be beat. Owner was very prompt with all communication. I would highly recommend staying here. You can tell everything was well thought out and very detailed with instructions on parking and the area in general. We plan on booking this place again the next time we visit Savannah.

Such a perfect condo! Layout, location, and charm! We had everything we could possibly need stocked upon arrival in our kitchen and bathroom. Instructions on parking, entrance location and entering our building were so easy to understand. The location of the condo is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was beautiful. My favorite is all of the original details to the building that remain! Wonderful weekend in beautiful Savannah!

Perfect location. Parking isn't great in downtown Savannah, so the location of this condo was perfect. We walked everywhere we went and didn't have to worry about driving around looking for parking after arrival. Condo was nice, quiet and cool. Not the most toddler friendly, but wasn't expecting it to be. We enjoyed our stay!

Great base for a week in Savannah

The property is adorable and incredibly comfortable. We had two adults and a 6 year old and we had a lot of room and it was the perfect spot to come back to a couple times a day whileExploring the historic areas of Savannah. The A/C is phenomenal, which was so important to a family from Seattle who is not used to the heat and humidity! We all were totally rested and refreshed everytime we came back.

Great location

Awesome place, within walking distance to everything. The condo was very clean and nice. Very relaxing stay. We parked in the parking garage nearby and never touched the car. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and spacious accommodations

Our second stay at this location and it didn’t disappoint. Only difference this year was we all had terrible allergies. Not sure if it was the season change, dust inside the condo or the building. We love how it is within walking distance to everywhere we want to go and it is feels like coming home at the end of the day.

Condo is located near great restaurants and bars which are all in walking distance. You wont be disappointed staying here.

Pay attention to fine details

BE AWARE there is a separate rental agreement that the host will have you sign when booking this property. I understand some places do this on VRBO but I had missed it in the details of the listing and most other listings send you their rental agreement 24-48 hours after you book so you will have time to rebook somewhere else if you decide you don’t want to go with a place that has a separate rental agreement outside of the VRBO platform. However, I was sent the agreement less than 24 hours before check in, which caused a whole lot of chaos before our trip, especially because the form asked for the front and back of both my license and credit card, which I did not feel comfortable with. However, the host did let us know that we don’t need to upload a pic of our credit card and the license is only to verify your age so I covered my address in the pic. I will admit fault in not seeing the rental agreement mentioned in the listing, but getting it the night before we leave felt like a trap. We were in Savannah for Thanksgiving so looking for other accommodation the night before is either going to be very expensive or far from the main area. I wish we had started on a better interaction because the condo itself was in a great location, it’s was very clean and homey, and the beds were very comfortable. If the host can send the separate rental agreement right after the initial booking, that would be a better experience.
