THE SPACE – Key Features
✪ This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home located on the edge of the Fort Screven Historic neighborhood was lovingly refreshed and professionally decorated. The high ceilings and tall windows make the home feel very spacious and roomy. Classic yet current furnishings and accessories lend to its cozy charm.

✪ One King Bedroom Suite with an attached bathroom featuring dual vanities, a large soaking tub and a separate shower is at the back of the house. The suite also includes a dresser, 50" TV and 2 luggage valet racks.

✪ The Front and Middle bedrooms both have a Queen Bed, a desk, large closets, 50" TVs and 2 luggage valet racks per room.

✪ The Dining area and lounge area seats 6+ guests comfortably.

✪ The Kitchen bar area seats 6 guests comfortably.

✪ The Kitchen features a 6-burner gas range top, double ovens, French door refrigerator with water in door, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and barstool seating for 6. It is fully equipped and stocked with gadgets and wares for making exquisite meals, crafting cocktails or morning coffee drinks and everything in between.

✪ BEACH GEAR PROVIDED FOR YOUR USE: We have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and games and toys that you can take to the beach and use. Great if you are coming from out of state! Please bring your own beach towels.

✪ NO CHORES – There is no long list of chores for checkout. Just a few simple things that you would do anyways. Take out the garbage, lock doors & windows, leave the rest for our cleaning crew. Let us know if there are any issues. That is it. We handle the rest!

✪ WE ARE STOCKED FOR YOU - We’ve equipped and stocked this home with every amenity you can think of including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy couch with room for everyone, and a work space with high speed internet ... you'll feel right at home!

✪ RELAX - Spacious and roomy, approx. 1,300 sf on each level, built in 2012 and fully refreshed in 2025. This home has all the creature comforts you need for a peaceful visit to Tybee.

✪ GREAT HOUSE LAYOUT - Our Floorplans are posted to help you to understand how our house is configured. The home has 9’ high ceilings, interesting light fixtures, tall windows, hardwood floors, stone counters, new modern stainless-steel appliances and a private backyard with grill/grill area, patio area.

✪ ACCESS - Guests will have the full house to themselves with a personalized keyless entry and a fenced in backyard all to their own.

✪ SECURITY – For guest safety and property security, there is an exterior Ring doorbell. These cameras are operational and may record video and audio. There are no cameras or monitoring devices whatsoever inside the property.
