Professionally managed by Casa Rentals, you'll enjoy a hassle-free stay with top-tier service!
The Space:
-Queen Bed Studio | 1 Bathroom
- Full Sleeper Sofa

-Located on the 3rd floor with secure building access
-High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV
-On-site laundry access(paid)
-Paid Street parking and paid Diamond Parking Lot or nearby garages available
Right in the middle of downtown, this unit has walkability to Train depot, convention centers, Art Galleries, fine dining, and many tourist stores and drop off/pickup locations for day trips
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the unit. The main building has a shared entry with smart locking system. Building laundry with coin or CC is located on the basement level of the building. Unique door code to your unit so every guest feels safe and secure during their stay!

Unit 12 is nestled in the heart of Downtown Anchorage, one of the city’s most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods. Step outside the historic Lousac Building and you’re just minutes from Anchorage’s top attractions—including the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, Anchorage Museum, and Town Square Park. The area offers a unique blend of urban charm and Alaskan adventure, where you can explore local art galleries, coffee shops, brewpubs, and boutique stores—all within a few blocks.
Whether you're here for work or leisure, this central location puts you close to the best of Anchorage:
