This private compound in downtown Phoenix offers three separate homes in one lot for up to 19 guests, perfect for reunions, retreats, or getaways. It features a heated pool, pickle ball court, 3 saunas, outdoor fire pit, 2 hot tubs, 3 cold plunges, outdoor showers, and a modern gym. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each home is exclusive to your group for privacy. Located within walking distance to Phoenix Convention Center, Chase Field, and Footprint Center, just 2 miles from the airport.
Outdoor Jacuzzi Rules
Drain After Every Use: The outdoor jacuzzi must be completely drained immediately after each use.
Never Leave Water Unattended: Do not leave the jacuzzi filled with water when it is not actively being used.
Use at Your Own Risk: Guests assume full responsibility for the use of the jacuzzi.
Child Safety: Children and minors must be under constant adult supervision whenever they are in or near the jacuzzi.
No Tampering: Do not alter, disconnect, remove, or tamper with any pipes, drain plugs, hoses, electrical cords, or equipment.


Above-Ground Pool Rules

Stair Gate: The custom stair gate must remain locked and latched when the pool is not in use.

No Unattended Kids: Minors must have adult supervision at the pool at all times.

No Diving: The pool is approximately 4 feet deep. Diving may cause severe injury and is strictly prohibited.

Backyard Gates: Exterior property gates must remain closed and latched at all times.

Use at Your Own Risk: There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
