I really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a little getaway. The river access was such a wonderful bonus and made it easy to get out on the water and enjoy the area. The location was also great for exploring Dunnellon and the surrounding springs. It felt relaxing and homey, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with me!!

This property was exactly what we wanted and the hosts provided everything we needed. Very clean & well organized home, all necessities we needed, very comfortable bed, fire pit in backyard, quiet & private, and only minutes from Rainbow River/Springs. A short drive into town for shopping or eating in the old Florida style town. The hosts, Jim & Sharon greeted us shortly after we arrived to answer a few questions we had about the surroundings. They were very hospitable and gave us some great recommendations. We highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay and host that care! Thank you Jim & Sharon. We will be back!

Wow. This home is wonderful. Very clean, close to the river. Our dogs were very welcome here. We have 2 labs, and it can be difficult to find a rental that allows larger dogs. Jim and Sharon are fantastic !

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean, comfortable, organized and thoughtfully set up. The beds were comfortable, and there were many nice touches, including labeled light switches and A/C remotes, ice for guests and board games. The hosts even added a Keurig after I asked before our trip what type of coffee maker was available. We loved having both a kitchen bar and dining table, and the screened front and back porches and fenced backyard were especially nice since we were traveling with our puppy. One thing I would clarify is the river access. The listing gave us the impression that the rental itself had direct river access and a private boat ramp. The river access and ramp are actually across the street on the hosts’ gated property. The hosts clearly enjoy being available to and interacting with their guests, which is very welcoming. Our travel style is simply a little different. With limited vacation time, I prefer to gather information and plan before arriving so that once there, we can be more independent and focus on family time. Providing more of the river and area information in advance would have been helpful for us.Overall, this is a lovely, comfortable and well-cared-for home with many thoughtful touches. We enjoyed our stay and would give it 5 stars.

So glad we booked this place! Very clean, cozy, and well stocked. Jim and Sharon make themselves available by a quick text or call if you happen to need anything during your stay. Awesome hosts! We loved coming back here to grill out after floating on Rainbow River. Our pup also loved the fenced in backyard! Just a super relaxing little getaway that had everything we could have ever needed. We will be back!

I am retired former owner operator of a family owned tourist attraction here in Florida. Retired and love traveling this beautiful country but love coming home to our house on the Withlacoochee River.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Love this neighborhood for its peace and quiet. Listening to the frogs, owls, and crickets at night. Enjoying the river fishing, boating, jet skiing, canoeing, and kayaking during the day. Or just floating on a tube enjoying the Florida sun.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Far enough away from cities noises but not too far from shopping, dining, attractions, or airports.
