At check-in the selected unit booked was not ready. Was given a different but equal unit but was not alerted that it was an ADA unit. Such an accommodation is great for ADA needs but not great for tall guests. Check in representative should have been transparent about the very low counters and island, and should have advised unit accommodations and inspection before accepting the switch. Unit was spacious, well-appointed, clean, quiet, nice size balcony and great view of capitol building and city. Unit decor is industrial/contemporary. Beds were very comfortable. Sofa and chair felt commercial-grade (like an office waiting room not a home) and not comfortable. Staff, including maintenance & security team, was professional, friendly, and gracious.
