Great place

Condo was great for a weekend get away. Beach access and pool access is right there. About a mile from the Hangout. Parking was pretty tight but not bad at all.

Fantastic stay

The unit was so close to the beach, we didn’t even need our beach wagon. The room was perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely stay here again.

Beach Vaca

It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and appliances, even had a small George Foreman grill! We loved the convenience of being right on the beach! Easy access to stores, restaurants and adventures.

great time at a great price!

great place to kick back and relax with all the comforts of home. We loved the small complex with no crowds or waiting for an elevator. The owners were great to work with and very accommodating - can't wait to go back!

Relaxing Time

Such a nice place and convenient to the beach and anywhere local. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Janice was super helpful with answering questions we had.

Steps away

The room was nice and roomy. Outside the door was a nice covered patio area and it was just steps away from the beach. The owner was very nice and kept in touch. Very comfortable way to to spend your vacation. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great Little VRBO- Right Near The Beach

This was our 1st visit to Gulf Shores and we loved it! Condo was right on the beach! Nice little place, we had just enough towels and dishes to get us through the week. :)

Family Vacation

This was a last minute, first trip to Gulf Shores. We enjoyed every minute of it! The beach was just a few steps from the condo. Gulf Village was an older resort but nice. The owner, Janice was absolutely wonderful to work with. We have no complaints and will definitely be back. definitely be back.

Great Experience

This condo while in an older building has been updated and was a wonderful location for my family. Loved the deck being on the outside before going in the room so all the sand could stay outside! Also loved the room porch and swing. The owners were wonderful to work with and the experience couldn't have been better. I would stay here again.

Gulf Village

Great location!! Very clean and had everything to accommodate us and our two girls. There was a problem with the hot water but contacted owner and they were quick to resolve problem very apologetic. Looking forward to revisiting this site for future family vacations!

Wonderful time.

Janice was amazing to work with and kept in touch with us without being bothersome. First impression of the location wasn’t what I wanted, but after a day I realized it was perfect. We could see and hear the ocean and it was a few short steps away. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella service available on the beach.

Amazing Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Janice’s condo was perfect for our family of four. The location was great! Short walk to the beach from the condo. The pool was awesome; very clean and crisply cool after hanging at the beach all day! It didn’t effect us at all, but others may want to know that there is no elevator in this section. We will definitely look at staying here again! Thank you, Janice!!!

Great beach location

We were very happy with how close this property is to the beach and how easily accessible it was. The pool was nice and clean. The property was also nice and clean and well equipped with anything we might need. The A/C worked wonderfully and kept us nice and cool all day and night. The host was kind and quickly responsive to any questions I had. Great location close to everything!

Highly recommend this rental

Highly recommend this rental. Janice the owner was very attentive and thorough. This rental had everything we needed to cook and thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Very clean and great location with a pool right outside your door in the beach just beyond.

Very Nice Gulf Shores Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Gulf Village Unit 103! We loved being a few steps away from the beach! The condo met all of our expectations and the owner, Janice, was extremely nice and helpful!
