We're a 15 minute drive away from one of the most beautiful beaches: Clearwater Beach. We welcome you to enjoy the pool and hot-tub. We offer free-parking on site. Spotless cottage close to everything! We were able to take in all of the downtown activities and area restaurants without ever getting in our car. Cottage was super clean and stocked with snacks, drinks and coffee which was a wonderful surprise. We will definitely look at booking again if back in this area.

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with Sunny Side Cottages! The owners communicated the check in process and even had the lights on for us. Our unit was Sunrise and has recently been remodeled. The king size bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies! The owners made sure we had snacks and the toiletry basket overflowed with anything you may have forgotten to pack! The kitchen has everything you would need for an extended stay. Do’s and don’ts were communicated in a humorous way. We enjoyed the pool which is just the right size for this boutique vacation rental. We were able to walk a short distance into downtown. Can’t wait to book again!
