Casa del Mar is right on Seawall Blvd., directly across from the beach, which means you can enjoy sunrise views over the Gulf and be on the sand in minutes. It’s the perfect spot for morning walks, building sandcastles, or just relaxing with the sound of the waves.

What we love most about the neighborhood is how close everything is whether you’re craving fresh seafood, looking for family-friendly attractions like Pleasure Pier or Moody Gardens, or exploring the historic Strand District, it’s all just a short drive (or even walk) away. The area feels vibrant but laid-back, full of friendly people and that classic coastal charm that makes Galveston such a special place to visit.

The condo features two swimming pools—one of which is heated year-round so you can enjoy a dip no matter the season.
