Excellent communication with the host. Great house. Plenty of room and not cluttered. Looks just like the pictures. Very good location with easy access and felt like a very safe neighborhood. Convenient to everything we wanted and needed to do. Very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.

House was amazing! The host was really easy to work with as well as patient. Never hesitated to answer any of my questions and was willing to help out with anything. It really was like the pictures. Definitely recommend booking this property!

We (4 adults, 1 toddler) stayed from May 25-28, 2026. We would definitely NOT stay again.Great: location to free ferry to Port Bolivar (30 second drive); location to beaches, boardwalk, food, etc.; living room size; keyless entry; smart TV in living room; comfortable living room sofas.Good: eating utensils and food storage containers (though mismatched); the refrigerator is huge; towels and linens providedNeutral: gas stove/oven; there was a washer and dryer (expect it take a long time to complete); the home smells like an old church or an old person's home (a woody, dank smell).Poor: there's no side table in the main bedroom to place items such as glasses, book, phone, etc.; the beds squeak with every movement; only one outlet in the main bedroom to charge devices and it's opposite the bed so one must charge devices on floor. The water pressure while showering.Fail: It's VERY difficult to feel at peace or comfortable with roaches throughout the home--I woke up with one crawling on me and we found several crawling around the sinks and bathrooms! We would have left if it weren't difficult finding a new place with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at short notice. The flooring is dangerous with 2-inch "steps" at room transitions, especially at night or if you have mobility issues.Needs improvement: The dayroom has a moldy hole in the ceiling; there's a "for sale" sign posted out front; the grass needed cutting; the lighting is very odd and harsh.
