Welcome to your perfect getaway in Indian Rocks Beach, FL! This second-floor, waterfront condo offers easy access to the IntraCoastal waterway and the Gulf of America, just two blocks from the beach. Flamingo Escape is on the narrowest point of IRB.

The Space:
2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms – Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with sofa sleeper and two king beds.

Fully Equipped Kitchen – Cook meals with ease or enjoy takeout from nearby restaurants.

Sip your morning coffee while watching boats glide by or tie up your own at the dock on the IntraCoastal. The dock is deep water and can accomodate boats up to 40 feet.

We had a great stay at this property in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything our family needed for a relaxing beach trip. The location was excellent—close to the beach and great local restaurants. We especially loved having access to the dock with kayaks and being able to fish right there, which was a huge bonus for our family. Check-in and communication with the host were seamless, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was adorable and perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, my 6 year old was ill most of our stay, but having her own room with tv was a lifesaver. Everything was very tidy and Tom answered all our questions in a very timely fashion. The house had a beautiful waterside patio where we spent most of our time and the golf cart was a huge bonus. It made getting to the beach and shops very convenient. I would highly recommend.

This building is on Bay Boulevard which is the most narrow part of IRB. This means guests have very convenient access to both the IntraCoastal waterway for their own boats and the Gulf side for the white sand beach.

We try to offer early check‑ins and late checkouts when our turnover schedule allows.

We can confirm them within three days of arrival/departure.

You can always drop your bags at 11 a.m. and take the golf cart to explore Indian Rocks Beach while we finish up.


This property offers four units each with two bedrooms and deep water dock space for up to three boats. This is great for friends who want to bring their boats and have privacy of their own condos.
