Experience unparalleled luxury and space in Villa 431, a magnificent, full-floor Penthouse designed for high-end beachfront living on the Placencia Peninsula. At over 3,500 square feet, this 4-bedroom residence is the ideal destination for large groups and families, comfortably sleeping up to 11 guests.


Timeless Luxury & Views: The heart of the home is the expansive great room, which boasts a full wall of glass offering direct, panoramic Caribbean Sea views. The unit features custom luxury finishes and elegant, high-end furnishings, including pieces by Restoration Hardware.


The custom hardwood gourmet kitchen is equipped with appliances, a blender, and a juicer. The primary suite offers a luxurious retreat, complete with a soaking tub positioned for sea views.


This full-floor unit is located directly on the beach, just steps from the infinity pool and private pier.


Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 11): Four generous bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

• Master Suite 1: King Bed, private ensuite with a soaker tub and walk in shower, sea views, private closet space.

• Master Suite 2: King Bed, private ensuite bathroom, private closet space.

• Guest Bedroom 3: Queen Bed and a Triple Bunk Bed (3 Single Beds), shared bathroom access.

• Guest Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, shared bathroom access.

The stay was better than expected the rooms were done nicely and bathrooms were spacious. On our stay we experienced rain/thunderstorm which led us to see there was a leak on the top bunk bed. Thankfully no one was sleeping there so it wasn’t an issue. Other than that we loved the privacy, and amenities the property offered. They had security walk around the property at night so that made us feel very safe. It was also very close to Placencia village so overall worth it. Will definitely book again when we come back.

Marazul is a wonderful place to relax. The unit is huge! It had a fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook and share meals together—indoors at the 10 person table or outside on the deck. The laundry room was stocked with numerous beach and showering towels. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The deck spanned the front of the property overlooking the pool and ocean with stairs that gave easy access to and from the beach. Our host met us upon arrival and gave us a tour. She even helped us find a suitcase to replace one that broke during our flight. The beach is swimmable and sitting on the pier was heavenly. The unit was so spacious with generous square footage and vaulted ceilings in every room. We wish we would’ve stayed longer! Marazul is a 15 minute ride to Placencia Village via golf cart and even faster by car. It was unBELIZEable!
