Perfect for families! The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a convenient hair dryer. Relax in the living room with a smart TV and Wifi. Also offers a pullout couch for additional sleep. Kitchen is fully equipped to make full meals! Screened in patio offers breathtaking views of lake Erie. Step on to the beach and enjoy the friendly atmosphere! Gem Beach is well kept and raked daily. Beach chairs included in the spacious deck box on. Snuggle up or entertain on the cozy couch to watch the sunset! Minutes away from Orchard restaurant, Gideon Owen winery and Twin Oast Brewery. Short drive to Miller Ferry, Jet Express, downtown Port Clinton and Marblehead! Enjoy your stay at this little piece of paradise!

It is a very cozy, clean 2 bedroom condo! It was perfect for our family of three!! I love the view and love walking right out to the beach!!!

Renee is an excellent host. The place is super clean and right on the water. We could watch the kids play in the sand from the screened in porch. We were BLOWN AWAY by the complimentary furnishings and toiletries. Ziplock bags, sunscreen, first aid, paper plates, etc. so many things that we didn’t need to pack or go out and buy. Not to mention a plethora of beach chairs, toys, and even a kids life vest and puddle jumper! Renee was easy to communicate with and was able to lend us a pack and play for the baby. We’re already talking about our next trip here!

It was great being right on Gem Beach — especially nice for kids with instant access to sand and waves and we loved the unimpeded view. Our rating isn’t higher because the property was very small — walls didn’t go to the ceiling for the 2 bedrooms so limited privacy and noisy if anyone watched TV or chatted, etc. The 2 bedrooms were very tiny with very limited storage — it just felt really cramped for the price. No coffeemaker, just a small coffee pod machine (not adequate for real coffee drinkers!) and the kitchen could have been better stocked with knives and other items. We appreciated the outdoor toys and lawn chairs.
