Welcome to our classic yet stunning home away from home. Upon entering our cozy and newly renovated abode, you'll find a clean, bright, well decorated home with many great amenities where you can kick back, relax and enjoy your stay. Walking in you'll be greeted by handsome finishes and delightful decorations. The whole home is newly renovated, clean as a whistle and ready to induce relaxation. Everything is on one level and like nothing else you will see in the Des Moines area. We know you’ll love it as much as we do! The large living room is a great place to kick your feet up and has ample space to spread out and relax. It has a 65" Samsung Smart TV with an extremely comfortable sectional couch and swivel barrel chair. Enjoy getting ready in the beautiful, fully lit bathroom. The spacious tiled shower will leave you feeling clean and refreshed. The swanky kitchen area has soft close cabinets that house all the kitchen utensils you will need to enjoy a delightful meal in. Seating for 4 is located at our large round marble table. The kitchen has all Whirlpool and Frigidaire appliances, a 30" electric stove, fridge, oven and microwave. There are two bedrooms with very comfortable Queen-sized beds in each room. The master bedroom has a 55" Samsung Smart TV, a large closet with laundry conveniently located. Stretch out and get a good night’s sleep in one of these homey rooms. Our home is in a perfect centralized location for any traveler and visitor. We are conveniently located off I-80 and I-235. Since we are off I-80 there is some interstate noise. There is a small fan in each bedroom which covers up any interstate noise you may hear. Whether you are passing through or staying awhile, you'll be able to get anywhere in Des Moines and the surrounding area within 10 - 25 minutes. We are 5 minutes from the Prairie Trail District where you will find lots of great dining and entertainment options. And only 10 minutes to downtown Des Moines.
