Max Occupancy at any time can not be surpassed or you will be asked to leave

Owners boat will be on property on the boat lift and can not be disturd.

The home is in a Residential area and the noise Ordinance is strictly enforced, All loud noise must stop before 9 pm

Please follow all rules and regulations, as we would have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

Per the City of Marathon all noise should be minimun between 9pm to 9am.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
