Located four miles from Penn Yan, this remodeled farmhouse offers a quiet countryside setting near Finger Lakes wineries, lakes, hiking trails, restaurants, and small-town attractions. Its two-story layout provides plenty of room for families and groups to gather while maintaining comfortable separation.



The home includes four bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus two separate main-floor common areas with queen sleeper sofas. Two full bathrooms—one on each floor—both feature tub/shower combinations.



The open-concept living area connects to a stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, Keurig, cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware. The dining table seats six.



Outside, guests can relax in the four-to-six-person hot tub beneath the covered patio, gather around the firepit, or use the lawn for outdoor games. A gas grill is provided; guests are responsible for refilling the propane if needed. Driveway parking is available for three to four vehicles.

* There are no televisions due to religious beliefs; Wi-Fi is available for streaming on personal devices

* The home uses a septic system; only toilet paper may be flushed

* Exterior security cameras monitor the entryway and driveway; there are no cameras inside the home

Great stay on the finger lakes! Perfect location right between Seneca and keuka lake. Place was clean and beds were very comfortable. Would recommend.

Great location, we enjoyed the views of farm outside the house, nice hot tub and fire place. The house was kept clean but the air inside the house was very stale , the second floor was very bad. First floor the air got better after we ran the air conditioners, but the second floor did not get better even the second day. The second floor bathroom was bad, the tub and sink had stains.

Very clean, nicely updated old farm house. Located between Keuka and Seneca lakes. Hot tub seats 4 comfortably and the fire pit is a nice touch. The host is very good at responding. Plenty of parking. 2 of the 4 beds could use cushioned mattress pads. Upstairs needs black out curtains and stairs are narrow and steep. 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 1 bathroom. AC unit remotes are hard to understand. Instructions would have been helpful. The shower downstairs is narrow and could use the curved out shower curtain. Very rural and located next to Amish homestead. Very quiet but does not smell good when spreading manure. Overall had a great time

As for the surrounding area, the home is located in a rural farming community, and the listing photos accurately depict the neighboring properties. While the peaceful countryside is one of the features many guests enjoy, agricultural activities—such as the occasional spreading of manure—are a normal part of farm life and are unfortunately outside of our control. We enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated farmhouse in a beautiful off the beaten path country setting. Close to many finger lake attractions, a short drive to Pann Yen restaurants and just over an hour to Ithaca. The home was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with items for cooking/baking. There was a nice coffee maker, w/plenty of Keurig pods and sugar/creamer packs provided. The filtered water cooler and outdoor hot tub was a big plus! The place was so new, it still had some smells of lacquer from new custom kitchen cabinets, but I’m sure that will pass in time. The beds and bedding in 2 rooms we used were very comfortable. The furnishings were nice, clean and area rugs very soft underfoot. We were expecting no TV, and looked forward for the time without that distraction. We were not expecting no dishwasher in the huge new kitchen, so be prepared to hand wash dishes. Also bring wineglasses and bottle opener if you plan to go to the numerous finger lakes wineries and bring some wine back to the house—those are not provided (but are easily available at nearby wineries) We didn’t use the nice fire pit area, stocked with wood and fire starter, but it looked great!Unforeseen circumstances arose and we needed to add an extra day & it was available. That process to add a day was very smooth and easy, so we appreciated that very much. Overall a very nice stay, we would book again!

Really nice accommodations for adults and grandkids. We enjoyed the roominess, hot tub, big yard for running around and the big kitchen. Penn Yan is an easy commute, but the surrounding farm community was quiet and quaint. This is probably the best property we’ve rented. I was concerned that, being in a rural area, the water would be from a well and very hard. That is not the case. Water was fine. Plus a water service dispenser was right there in the kitchen.

After entering the code, press the checkmark button on the keypad. Checkout Before departing, secure any provided keys, lock the smart lock, load used dishes into the dishwasher, and start a cycle.

PLEASE NOTE Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent issues, including floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups. Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day. Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove personal belongings and lawn games from the yard so the crew can work safely. Snow removal crews serve multiple properties during winter weather. Brief delays may occur during heavy snowfall.
