Everything was fine plus the location is hard to beat. I could walk for one minute over to the sailing club and 10 minutes to Fresh market and 5 minutes to a set of restaurants and bars. The view over the the Bay is beautiful. The place it self has charm and could be in Spain or Portugal just as well. I will definitely recommend it to others, Andy

Amazing place, great location!Super comfortable bed, spacious unit and the view of the balcony was a nice touch too.Parking was incredibly convenient and all interactions with the host were quick and courteous.100% recommended.

Spectacular view and lovely apartment

I loved this apartment. It has wonderful energy and a view that is gorgeous. Beautiful pool area. Location is across from the bay and right in the village of coconut grove. Restaurants and shops galore. I was there during Hurricane Ian which was just a tropical storm for us. However there were 2 days of very windy and rainy weather which kept me mostly inside. But with the great view, a full,kitchen, books, art and internet, I was very content I was there for 11 days and will definitely book again on my next Miami trip. If you can grab this place, do it. Perfection!

Christmas Week

Perfect location. The apartment has everything you need. Made breakfast every day in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed while sitting on the private balcony. What a view! Beds very comfortable, big closet for hanging clothes, nice bathroom with amenities and a washer and dryer too! Highly recommend this property. We're looking forward to next year's stay.

Good location, worse everything else.

Apartment is part of an hotel, be ready for guest traffic. Good southward view, covered to to the west by nearby tower. AC is loud (we turned it off at night). No dining table or desk, no blinds) Owner will throw away leftover property without contacting you (in our case, a bathtub for our 5m old son).

I have never seen my apartment left in such filth. The kitchen was covered in grease. Unfortunately this renter was a longer term and not one surface had been wiped in the whole apartmrnt.. I had to hire a professional cleaning crew and the next tennant still complained. They left items which I had to remove and left for housekeeping to discard and security complained to me that they left a huge amount of luggage in the hotel office for storage after they left. When they returned they repeatedly harassed the new tennant to retrieve the left item and even had house keeping open the door while someone else was there. This was the worst guest I have had the misfortune to host. My sister, who owns the apartment and lives abroad arrived just after they left and.my attempts to clean it up... and cried when she saw the place. I would not recommend .
