Firstly, I want to apologize for the less-than-ideal condition you found the property upon your arrival. Your concerns are valid, and we take them seriously. To provide some context, on the day of your arrival, we had other guests departing, and regrettably, they left the property in an extremely chaotic and unclean state. We had just five hours to clean and make the property ready for your arrival, which, as you can imagine, presented a significant challenge. Nevertheless, we understand that this doesn't excuse the experience you had, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In your message to us, you mentioned you have addressed the issues you found, but we offered to send a cleaning crew to address any other issues you encountered, however, since we didn't hear from you again, we understood that your preference was not having them during your stay or that it wasn't necessary anymore. We agree that it should have been done right the first time, and we will be addressing this internally to ensure such occurrences are minimized in the future. Your feedback is invaluable, and it will help us make necessary improvements.
