Perfect for families or friends, this peaceful retreat offers comfort, charm, and all the essentials for a relaxing getaway in the heart of the Finger Lakes.
This is property may have use of kayaks or canoes and other uses of the property

I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property owner and manager and its affiliates, agents, employees, and authorized third parties, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney`s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in during use of booked property.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this waiver or my participation in the described activities.

Our stay at this incredible house was nothing short of perfect.Words truly fall short in describing how satisfying and memorable the experience was. Each morning began with a peaceful coffee on the private pier, surrounded by breathtaking views that felt like a dream. The serenity of the water and the beauty of the landscape made every moment unforgettable.The house itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From cozy evenings indoors to tranquil mornings outside, every detail was just right.This is definitely a place we’ll be returning to. Highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation, beauty, and a touch of magic.

A Perfect Lakeside Getaway!After a day filled with stops at some of the local wineries on Seneca Lake, it was wonderful to come back and relax at this amazing house.  The lake views are stunning, and the location was perfect —close to the wineries, restaurants, and several breweries. The house is beautiful, clean and cozy, complete with indoor board games, outdoor lawn games (giant Jenga was fun!) and everything you need to relax. We loved the huge dock, kayaks, paddle board, and the comfortable deck and dock furniture for lounging and enjoying the beautiful views of the lake. We even fit in some fishing!The outdoor cooking setup was fantastic—we fired up the Weber grill for dinner and used the Blackstone for breakfast.  There were plenty of spots to park our cars across the street and next to the garage. Ending the day by the fire pit on the water was the perfect way to unwind.  Couldn’t ask for more—we’ll definitely be back!

This house was such a gem. Unbelievable views with everything you could want inside and outside of the house! Super close to wineries and restaurants. It was the perfect place for an end of summer trip. We loved the fire pit and the kayaks provided were an unexpected bonus. The view alone had us rebook already for next year!!!
