Harmony Sunrise on Seneca Lake!

Watch the sunrise over Seneca Lake while you sip your coffee from the privacy of the front porch, or head down to the spacious lakefront area for a closer view. Looking to cozy up in the fall/winter, the see through gas fireplace will keep you warm in the living room or dining room. Wherever you choose to relax. Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes & on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, you'll find a perfect retreat to relax & recharge as you enjoy the lake views.

The space.
This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features a large king size bedroom with a walk out to the back patio for ultimate privacy and a second queen bedroom on the first floor. A third queen bedroom in the finished basement also has a sleeper sofa in the living room, a foosball table and lots of extra space for the family to stretch out, play and create memories. A spacious open kitchen welcomes the family to cook, dine in or sit out on the back covered patio and enjoy the beautiful evenings.

The best of both worlds, cross over the road and down the slate steps through the wildflower garden to find your private lake oasis with a large deck, gliders and sun loungers to enjoy the best of Seneca Lake. Swim, fish or kayak (single and double for your use) off the dock or just sit and watch the eagles and osprey play.

This home is just minutes from downtown Geneva, with Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and within 3 miles of several wineries and breweries in both directions as well as some great places to eat. This home is a great place to launch your Seneca Lake Wine or Beer Trail or head out to the many hiking and sightseeing spots nearby including Seneca Lake State Park, Watkins Glen State Park, Watkins Glen International Speedway, Sampson State Park and Taughannock Falls. With all the beauty the region has to offer, there is something for everyone, young and old.

Guest access
The entire home is accessible for your use along with the dock, deck, 2 kayaks - a double and a single. An electronic lock allows for easy contactless access.

Other things to note
Lake access is down a large staircase. Please use caution.

$500 minimum fee for any smoking on the property.

Wine getaway

It is absolutely perfect- lots of extra amenities. We took in the great view of the lake. Close to many wineries you can’t go wrong with this house.

Birthday trip

The property was perfect for our stay. We all had our individual spaces but plenty of communal spaces as well. The process was clear and easy. I would recommend this priperty to anyone. I look forward to our next stay.

Long weekend getaway

We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled into the driveway of this house. It was so beautiful! The inside was just as beautiful. The beds were comfy, the porch views were breathtaking, the doc was awesome and the host was very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend renting this house!

FANTASTIC!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Kelly is an amazing host who went above and beyond during our stay. The house is so well maintained, cleaned, and stocked. Everything we could need was provided, and our stay was perfect. The dock and lake amenities allowed us to have fun while staying “in” at the house instead of going out. Truly a spectacular vacation. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Kelly for allowing us to stay at your gorgeous home!

Wine Country

The home is stunning! Kitchen fully stocked with everything to cook your meals! Beds are extremely comfy! Dock on the water was beautiful! Getting there is slow and steady as there are lots of steps, but once there relaxing! Kelly is awesome! She knew we were there for the wine trail and had tons of information for us as well as special treats! She is an incredible host! ❤️

Believe the hype!

You can believe the description of the property and the other 5-star reviews. This is a beautiful, newly constructed home with high quality craftmanship and a well-thought-out floor plan. Kelly, the host, is very attentive. It's obvious she truly wants her guests to enjoy their stay. Believe the hype. You won't be disappointed with this property.

Kelly Sets the Bar

So glad we found this property! It was in the perfect location for our first visit to Upstate NY. The property was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and Kelly (the host) sets the bar for other hosts. Her attention to detail and communication was spot on. I give it 6 stars. If you're looking at this property as part of your planning, it should be right at the top. Thanks for everything, Kelly!

Brian and his family came in from out of state for a family wedding. It was such a pleasure to host him and his family. They were exceptional guests. Extremely pleasant to communicate with, super respectful of our home - treating it as if it was their own. If you have the lucky chance of renting to them, do it! You will not be disappointed. Perfect Place to Stay!

My family and I had the absolute best experience at this property. It was our first time in the area and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is in a great location to everything we wanted to do north and south. The house itself was very clean upon arrival. The check-in and out process was seamless. The host, Kelly was great to work with - very responsive for any questions before we got there and once we were there. What I loved most about this house was that there were so many places for all of us to spread out and enjoy the property - the basement, the backyard, the side porch, the front porch, the dock by the lake. I don't think that the pictures on this listing do the property justice. Everything was so clean and updated. It was exactly the vacation I never knew I always needed and I'm so glad I found this property to stay, everything I would've wanted in a lake house. It's incredibly peaceful and I 10/10 recommend staying here!

Kelly's Superb Finger Lake Getaway

Kelly was a top notch host. All communication was immediate, clear and so up beat. The home is gorgeous, spotless, comfy and has everything you need for a relaxed enjoyable stay. I mentioned how I love morning coffee and on the counter (in addition to many snacks) was a welcome, souvenir gift of 2 stoneware coffee mugs and bag of local coffee- such a sweet touch!!! The house is roomy with 3 full baths and bedrooms, lovely gas fireplace. Also, amazing game room in the basement & easy to use washer/dryer always a plus for me. The entry was decorated so tastefully for the fall. The views of the lake are stunning and such gorgeous sunrise. We found it easy to get down the stairway to docks _ it was unseasonably warm so a great spot for viewing the lake. So many restaurants and wineries are within minutes of the house and nice hiking close by too. We are grateful to Kelly, for such a beautiful and relaxing stay.
