New beautiful condo 2-king bedrooms 2-full baths sleeps 6-7 next to SDC

Nestled on Indian Point next to Silver Dollar City. This brand-new (inside and out) condo has a sprinkler system and NO steps. 2 king bedrooms with storage beds and 2 full bathrooms with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with most things you should need to provide yummy meals along with a blender, coffee maker, instapot, toaster and more. The living room space has a comfortable couch with a queen sleeper sofa and a comfy chair for guests to relax and unwind. A pack n play is provided for your little one. Enjoy your coffee and meals on the 24 ft. deck that has a large table with 6 comfortable chairs along with a relaxing area right outside of the master bedroom. Open flames are not allowed on the front or back or front decks. Other amenities included are 3 large Roku tv's, WiFi, AC, full kitchen with a washer & dryer. The bathrooms include a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The complex has a seasonal swimming pool typically open Memorial Day until Labor Day along with a hot tub (adults only) open Memorial Day until fall/early winter at the resort's discretion. There are restrooms and a pop machine located in the pool area. Also, there are tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground and walking trails with one that leads you to the lake where you can soak in the sun, fish or go for a swim. There are several grills located around the property. The closest one being located up the hill by the first building on the same side of the road. Indian Point Marina is located down the road where you can rent a boat, launch your boat and eat at the Floating Cafe. There is no boat, trailer or motor home parking in the complex. There is no smoking allowed inside the condo or on the deck. Smoking would need to be done in the parking lot, please do not liter. Dumpsters are located by buildings #1 & #15, the closest is behind our building. There is an exterior camera at the front door for your safety along with ours. We think our place will help you experience everything Table Rock Lake and Branson has to offer.

The condo was beautiful! Still smells new! The patio was so comfortable and relaxing. The little extras were a hit with our littles! Write your own ornaments and a hot chocolate bar! After a long day at SDC the 4 minute drive to the condo was just what we needed! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We will definitely stay here again..,(soon I hope). It is the best equipped VRBO I’ve stayed in. The decor is inviting and beautiful. The deck is absolutely amazing. We spent as much time as possible reading and relaxing out on the deck as we could. The location is perfect! The best for enjoying nature with the convenience of restaurants close by. The hosts were great with communicating quickly. The beds were SO comfy, we both slept better than in our own bed. We can wholeheartedly recommend this condo for a couple or a family.

Communication with host was excellent! This new and beautifully decorated condo was perfect for all of our needs and then some! Kitchen was well supplied, beds were absolutely heavenly, bathrooms were large and all of the plumbing was fully functional with no issues! The large deck had a big table with 6 chairs and there was a comfy nook area, as well. Beautful views and can only imagine what the trees will look like when they are in full color! We enjoyed our get away stay so much and hope to return again soon.

The host & place were absolutely wonderful! We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend, and everything was perfect. The holiday decorations were beautiful, and the home was fully stocked—and then some! They even provided extra thoughtful touches, like hot chocolate kits complete with marshmallows.This place had more small comforts & details than any other VRBO we’ve stayed at. The beds & pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we loved having charging docks right by the beds for all our devices. Truly… we will be back!The location is also fantastic—so close to SDC. And while we were in the area, we enjoyed a great meal at Danna’s BBQ in West Branson.Highly recommend! Our friends had the same unit next door by the same host!

Beautiful condo with all the necessities you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire condo is recently updated. The king sized beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms have everything you need. The pull out sofa bed was great for my two grandchildren. The deck is spacious with both table and sitting area. The check in process was easy and quick. One thing to note is that there are not any stairs so it was easy for my husband, who has mobility issues, to navigate . The property is less than 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City. I would highly recommend.

We live 3 1/2 hours away outside of KC on the Kansas side. We have a place across from Indian Point Marina by water so we are very familiar with the area and are there most weekends. We absolutely love the lake!! We have raised 3 sons who are 26, 30 & 33 and have 2 adorable grandsons. I am a paraprofessional at an elementary school in Olathe KS. My husband owns an auto repair business in Shawnee KS. His hobby when not at the lake is drag racing.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We decided to purchase because of the beautiful views of the lake from the kitchen, dining room and the large deck. We love hearing the train horn and being so close to Silver Dollar City! In the summer (usually the month of July) the fireworks SDC does on the weekends is awesome! You can watch them from the bedroom or outside of the front door. Indian Point Marina is right down the road along with several restaurants. Branson and all it has to offer is not far away. Branson West has a Walmart, Dollar General and Dollar tree, a grocery store, auto part stores, fast food and restaurants with less traffic and is closer than Branson.

Everything is brand new inside and out! The building burnt down a couple years ago. It was rebuilt to code which includes sprinkler systems in each unit. No stairs!!
