We had an another wonderful stay at this Condo. The owner was incredibly accommodating, responsive and great with communication from start to finish. The condo was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This 2 bed, 2 bath property was just perfect for our golf trip. It was close to all the courses we were playing and it was exactly as it appeared in the listing. The owner was even so thoughtful as to share a pass that allowed us entry to Huntington Beach State Park where we could enjoy the beach access during our stay at no cost. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to our friends as well.

Its located on 3rd floor so pack light! The primary bedroom has a very soft mattress. Too soft for my back so did not sleep comfortably. The other bedroom had a slightly firmer mattress but the bed was smaller. The location is great! Quiet and peaceful golf course. I have stayed in this same community before but on the ground floor level with a more updated unit. My overall score would be a 3.5 out of 5 for all things considered.

Ashley’s place was the perfect getaway for us! The condo was just as advertised and did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable, all amenities provided and a super cozy balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Very quiet and peaceful. The place had everything we could possibly need for an effortless experience. I had never used vrbo before so had some challenges with communication. Learned at the very end of our stay that it was a lot easier to have the host text me directly. She was great!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the view out back is beautiful and really makes the space feel special. The property could use a bit of updating, particularly the carpet, and a few amenities (like the bottled water mentioned) weren’t provided. We also noticed there were no additional garbage bags available. That said, it was a good value for the price and a pleasant place to stay.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the property. The price was a great price. According to the description and photo's of the property I assumed that it was a Townhouse. I was disappointed when I got to property and realized that rental was up on the third floor without an elevator on site. I'm not a young chick anymore and was winded by the time I got up to the condo. All in all though it is a beautiful property specially for the golfer's. Next time I need to make sure the floor plan is on the first floor.
