Property was very nicely decorated and location was great for what we needed. Property was well stocked with kitchen appliances/pans/etc to make cooking easy. Shower was fantastic! Property manager Cindy was very prompt in answering all our questions. We would definitely stay there again just during cooler months of the year as there is no central AC. Fans cooled down rooms during the night but we stayed during a heat wave in California so it was a bit warm during day/evening for our liking. Added photos of the view from front and rear of property. Enjoyed watching and taking in the California beach atmosphere.

Beautiful place location and amazing greetings but no AC as was advertising

The listing say AC unit but unfortunate is only ceiling fun , if we new this we wouldn't stay there for summmer The place and location is great , beautiful views restaurants around and the hoss was supper nice and helpful The place was clean and renovated, maybe our day of stay were hot but even with doors and window open the unit didnt cool down uncouncomfortablmakinveryuncomfortable

Wonderful condo

Overall clean, convenient location, right across the street from the beach which is great for having young get kids. No AC made it a little uncomfortable at times but it cooled down enough at night. Note to families with any size SUV, the parking space is very small. We couldn’t use the assigned spot but Cindy was very accommodating and was able to secure us another parking spot. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time in oceanside. The apartment was very clean and big. The balcony is a little close to the neighbours. The AC didnt work but with the fans on the ceiling we didnt need it. Oceanside is a great place to make trips to San Diego or LA. I would definitly book it again.

The Beach

This location doesn't get any better balcony facing the marina in front of the condo the beach2 minutes to the water walking can I ask for anything better!!!!!!!!!

Definitely recommend

The unit was great! The bed was so amazingly comfortable! Nicely decorated & updated. Lots of additional kitchen supplies, it pretty much had everything you need. I would definitely recommend! The only things I would suggest would be bar height chairs for the balcony so the railing doesn’t block the view and having a “reserved” parking spot in the front parking lot since the spot designed for this unit is extremely/too small.

Great location

The property is a perfect location. Easy access to beach and marina plus restaurants and shops. Can walk the beach all the way to Oceanside Pier! It was very comfortable for the two of us but would be crowded with four. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cooking items, and things to get you started like garbage bags, paper towels, salt/pepper. Would recommend bringing a few extra bath and hand towels if staying a week or more. Overall it is a great place and we would stay again.

WHAT AN AWESOME PLACE !

The property was squeaky clean! Everything provided to set up house keeping. For a few days, there were four of us. Four is pretty tight with a pull out bed and one bathroom. Parking was a bit of an issue at times. In spite of that, this was an absolutely lovely place to stay in Oceanside.

Our stay in Oceanside

This condo is so clean and so cute. Feels like it was recently remodeled. It’s SO close to the ocean. We timed it - from the bottom floor of the complex to sand in your toes is 1 minute. The view of the marina was so pretty. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for small family

We had a great time staying at this condo. The property manager was great, the location was great, and the condo had been renovated so that awesome. We loved our stay here and hated having to leave. The only complaint we had was the parking spot provided. It was to small to fit our car and would only fit a smaller sedan or compact car. Other than that everything was fantastic and we will be back!

Family weekend

We did 5 days and 4 nights for a visit with our family who lives on base in Oceanside. This was perfect location to base and walking distance to several great food options and across the street from the beach. We had 3 adults and the condo worked perfect for space we needed. Would stay again for location and convenience of check in/out services. Only draw back was parking spot. The spot assigned to this unit was too small for our vehicle. Appears to be ideal for compact vehicle only. Luckily there was visitor parking and we had no problems finding available spots. Just something to note.

Overall, a great stay

Had a great time at the condo. Proximity to the beach and restaurants is awesome. Condo was pretty clean, although, we felt it was ready for a deep clean. Pretty dusty under furniture or up high. There were also crumbs and dust under chairs (move them when you clean). Bed was comfortable. Sofa sleeper was as expected and fine for the kids. Kitchen did not have some basics like salt, pepper, oil.

Wonderful vacation condo!

We rented the condo for my son and his new wife as they were coming home to California to visit from Hawaii. We wanted them to have a nice beautiful spot and condo to enjoy and this did not disappoint! They loved it very much and said how helpful and nice the manager was! We will definitely be renting this condo again in the future!

Looking to stay in beach front, very close less then 500ft view of marina

Few things needed was hand soap, coffee however the coffee pot needs replacing. Other then those thing.. Our stay was excellent.

Great location, right by the beach and harbor

Great location, right by the beach and harbor. Because of renovations, check in was a little tricky, parking spot assigned to this unit is very tight. Clean bright and uncluttered suite. We enjoyed it!
