Whereas in ancient Sanskrit „Himalaya“ means „abode of the snow“ (hima
= snow; amalaya = dwelling), „Amalaya“ can be translated as „abode of
the soul“. And the Villa Amalaya is indeed a place where you will feel
wholeheartedly at ease in no time.

Villa Amalaya is located in one of the most sought-after areas in
Southwest Cape Coral, on a rare oversized lot with stunning views over
a wide canal intersection and with direct Gulf access. This prime
location offers privacy, space, and open water views that stretch over
300 meters - an ideal spot to relax and unwind.

Designed to embrace the "Florida lifestyle", this villa features a
spacious outdoor area with a covered lanai, built-in BBQ kitchen, a
pool with integrated spa and water loungers, as well as sunbeds on an
expansive pool deck. Thanks to its west-facing orientation, guests can
enjoy breathtaking sunset views right from the terrace.

Inside, Villa Amalaya offers a sophisticated blend of Italian elegance
and local design accents, creating a warm and harmonious ambiance
throughout.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large island -
ideal for cooking and gathering. A Nespresso machine is available for
coffee lovers; however, we recommend bringing your own capsules, as
they can be hard to find locally.
A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is also available.

The villa accommodates up to 7 guests:
Three tastefully furnished bedrooms (2x King, 1x Queen) each feature a
private bathroom with walk-in shower and flat-screen TV. The master
bathroom also features a bathtub, and one of the guest bathrooms
conveniently serves as a pool bath.
Additionally, an office with a sofa-bed and TV provides additional
sleeping space or a quiet spot to work or read.

Despite its peaceful location, Villa Amalaya is just a 3-minute
drive from main roads and various shopping options for your daily
needs.

Please Note:
Electricity (and if applicable propane) are charged as used at the end
of your stay.
Final cleaning does NOT include BBQ cleaning, which will be charged if
BBQ cleaning is required after your stay.
The amounts will be charged from the security/damage deposit
The security/damage deposit is $1000.0 and has to be paid 30 days prior
to arrival.
You can keep track of the status of your booking including the refund
of the damage deposit via the status link provided in the booking
confirmation email.
