The house itself is nice and has plenty of space. But there were several serious basic shortcomings for a rental: not enough bedding / blankets so we had to use a twin blanket on a king bed and only had an empty duvet cover to use for a top sheet, only one coffee cup in the house for a group of 4 ppl, and trash all over the yard from a container that got knocked over. We alerted the property manager to all of these things and she responded via email, but didn’t actually address / improve any of them during our stay. The listing also said there was a garage parking space available, but there was actually a car parked in it. I wouldn’t recommend this place or others managed by SkyRun based on this experience.

The home is stocked with multiple full bedding sets appropriate for the beds provided. When concerns were raised during the stay, we responded promptly and offered immediate solutions — including delivering additional coffee mugs the same day — which were declined by the guest. Regarding the outdoor trash, an animal did knock over a bin, and our team addressed this as soon as it was brought to our attention. As with any property, unexpected issues can arise, and we make every effort to resolve them quickly once notified. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address concerns in real time and ensure the best possible experience. We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to responsive, attentive property management for all guests.
