While pool passes are not included, daily access to the Woodstone Pool and Massanutten Fitness & Recreation Club may be purchased directly through the resort. Resort activities and amenities may require additional daily fees.

Professional Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest stay for your peace of mind.

Starter Supplies: We provide an initial supply of toiletries and paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels). For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional items.

Linens Provided: We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels. Please note that we do not provide washcloths.

Wildlife: You are in the mountains and may see deer, bears, or other wildlife. Please do not feed the animals and always store food and trash securely.

Security: For your safety, security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property at entry points only. There are no cameras inside the home.

Fire Pit Guidelines - Please enjoy the fire pit responsibly and help us keep the area safe for everyone:
Never leave the fire unattended
Keep children and pets a safe distance away
Burn only firewood — no trash or flammable liquids
Fully extinguish the fire before leaving or going inside
Do not use during high winds or dry conditions

Guests use the fire pit at their own risk and are responsible for following local fire regulations.

Grill Safety Guidelines: Please use the grill responsibly and help keep the area safe for everyone:
Never leave the grill unattended while in use
Keep the grill away from flammable materials
Adult supervision is required at all times
Turn off the grill completely after use
Do not use during high winds or severe weather
Guests use the grill at their own risk and are responsible for safe operation during their stay.

MASSANUTTEN PROPERTY ASSOCIATION GUIDELINES
This home is located in a private residential community governed by MPOA rules. Please be respectful of neighbors and help keep the area safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
No excessive noise at any time
Park only in designated areas and keep all tires off the road
Do not block hydrants, roads, or neighboring properties
No buses, RVs, or campers allowed
No open or unattended fires
Firepit use is not permitted during quiet hours or local fire restrictions
No open alcohol containers on roads or common areas
Do not leave trash outside, as it attracts wildlife
