This condo combines coastal style with homey comforts. Step inside to a bright and open living area with plush leather seating, a smart TV and WiFi. The full size kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. And the dining area provides the perfect spot to enjoy a homemade meal or local takeout. There’s a comfy king size bed and bathroom featuring a bathtub-shower and hair dryer. The lani has a view of the pool with chairs and footstools to enjoy your morning coffee and sunrise. This location allows for easy access to beaches, boating, jet skiing, shopping and lots of restaurants. We hope you will enjoy what our place and Bonita Springs has to offer.

The place was awesome. Had everything you needed and then some perfect location so close to the beach pool was nice and warm. Very good place highly recommend it probably be back next year.

A very safe, quiet and comfortable stay! Everything was clean and tidy - perfect for one or two people. 30 second walk across the street to the beach, or steps to the pool. The porch is ideal for enjoying coffee while reading in the morning. You will either want a car or will need to utilize uber/lyft as there isn’t anything close as far as shopping goes. Chris and Beth were great and answered my questions before my arrival and made it extremely easy for check in/out. Everything you need is provided for you! All you need is to provide your own food and drinks - there is a full kitchen, bath towels provided and even beach towels and chairs. I will definitely be staying there again! 10/10!

Chris called me several times prior to our stay just to check in to make sure everything was all set. The location is fabulous- Barefoot Beach is literally across the street along with Doc’s Grill where you can watch the sunset! The location was very quiet in the midst of beach and restaurants. Coconut Jack’s is within walking distance as well. It was also close to the main highways, shopping and other restaurants. The condo building was clean and quiet. Our unit was nicely decorated and very comfortable for two. The kitchen had everything you need. An added bonus was there were 2 backpack beach chairs, umbrella and backpack cooler along with freezer packs. The screened balcony was lovely to sit on in the evening. RSW airport was very convenient. We never made it to the pool but could see it from our balcony and it was very clean and clear. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful experience. This condo was super clean. Manager called prior to stay and walked me through some important things to note about check and the property. Super nice guy! Highly recommended. The only thing I was concerned about was the light in the bathroom. When I turned the light on it made this loud rattling noise that would not stop. Nothing to worry about as it stopped sometimes. Overall 10/10 experience. Great walking distance to local bars, restaurants and beach!
