We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect mix of natural beauty, convenience, and tranquility. Being just a short 10-minute walk to Sombrero Beach one of the most beautiful beaches in the Keys was a big reason :)
The area is safe, peaceful, and family-friendly, with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops all nearby.
What we love most is how it feels close to everything, yet private and relaxing. You can enjoy kayaking right from the dock, watch the sunrise from Bed, or walk to dinner — all without ever needing to drive far (SEE OUR Magazine at home, QR code is in progress)
As owners, we wanted to offer a place where guests could truly disconnect, unwind, and feel at home, while still having access to the best of Marathon and the Florida Keys.
