Welcome to Red Brick Row - Your Lafayette Square Getaway!

Nestled in the heart of historic Downtown St. Louis, Red Brick Row sits directly across from beautiful Lafayette Square Park on charming Mississippi Avenue. This classic 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort, all within walking distance to some of St. Louis' best local restaurants, shops, and attractions.
Inside, you'll find:

Main Bedroom - Spacious and serene with a plush King bed
Second Bedroom - Cozy and inviting with a Queen bed
Third Bedroom/Flex Suite - An oversized, loft-style space with a Queen bed, Queen bunk bed, and a cozy lounge area – perfect for families or groups who need extra room to spread out!

Two full bathrooms make mornings a breeze. Outside, enjoy a fully fenced-in private patio – ideal for relaxing evenings with outdoor seating and a grill for summer cookouts.
Whether you're in town for a weekend getaway, a family trip, or a longer stay, Red Brick Row offers a warm, stylish home base in one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in the city.

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog-friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.

Beautiful location and home. I would stay there again.The hosts were great at communicating.The fan in one room didn't work unless something was plugged into the outlet which was a bit concerning but other than that we were very happy and would recommend.

Beautifully restored and updated 1880s walkup. House had great period-appropriate decorations. Layout: 1st floor is living room, kitchen, dining room. 2nd floor is 2 bedrooms and bathroom, 3rd floor is single large room with queen bunkbeds and another queen bed, living area and wet bar, and 2nd bathroom. The basement is unfinished and not suitable for living (very low ceiling), but has washer/dryer. The street parking was easy--it was always easy to find spots for 3 cars, and parking on one side is angle parking. The neighborhood feels really safe and has nice park that I walked in every day. It's close to most area attractions. Good TVs in all rooms. Why only 4 stars? Sleep: There are many pillows in the house, but they are all the same style. Several in our party found them too thick. The transom windows above the bedroom door don't have window coverings, so the morning light comes in through them. There is one window in the 3rd floor that has no window covering at all, light awakened our crew. The brass bed in the front bedroom on the 2nd floor squeaked with every movement (enough to awaken me every time I rolled).Perhaps I'm just old: Would be nice to have a rail next to the 6 steps to front door, a grab bar next to clawfoot tup to make getting out of shower less scary, and a rail on the basement steps.Supplies: Would be nice to have laundry detergent, a few more trash bags, a garbage can in all bedrooms, and tissues.Fun, clean rental, enjoyed it!

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. Everyone, seven adults were very comfortable. We enjoyed the local restaurants, coffee shop and the near by park was a pleasant surprise. We came for The Reds game and it was a quick easy drive.
