スイミングプール、サウナ、広大なフィールドと牧草地の素晴らしい景色のあるホリデーヴィラは、アルガルヴェの西にある自然保護区コスタヴィンチェンティーナの真ん中にあります。 ヴィラは2階にまたがっています。 暖炉、キッチン、ダイニングルームのある各階にある大きなロビー。 ヴィラ全体が趣味の良い上品な内装で、最大のダイニングテーブルがあります。 10人、居心地の良いソファの風景、ホームシネマ、任天堂WII、そして夕方に居心地の良い暖炉。 2018年に新しく設置されたキッチンには、サーモミックス、オーブン、電子レンジなど、あなたの心が望むものがすべて備わっています。 上層階のキッチンには、オープンキッチンを可能にするアーチが装備されているため、料理がコミュニケーションしやすく、すべてが開放的で風通しの良いものになります。
下のキッチンは2017年に完全に改装されました。 1階には、キッチンに直接大きなダイニングテーブルがあり、プールと庭に直接アクセスできるリビングルームがあります。 大きなレンガ造りの暖炉のあるバーベキューエリアにもそこからアクセスできます。
各フロアには、独自のシャワールームを備えた2つのダブルベッドルームがあります。 グリルを提供する上部のサンテラスからは、プールと地中海の庭園の景色を眺めることができ、サンラウンジャーでリラックスしていただけます。 庭には、2018年に建てられた非常に広々としたサウナ（追加料金で使用可能）と屋外シャワーがあります。
ファンタスティックビーチ（ザビアル、イングリナ）はわずか1.2 kmです。 夕暮れ時の夕食には小さなレストランがあります。
また、このエリアには交通量がほとんどなく、自然保護区に直接隣接しているため、プールには小さな独立した非水泳エリアがあります。

Great and close to the beach (walking distance)

It was absolut great. So quite and relaxed! House has everything you might need and is beautyfully design. We just booked one floor and had 2 bedrooms and a amazing balcony with view over the fields. As it still was quite cold outside we used the fireplace in the evening (and the heating) so we had cosy evenings.We will come back. Thanks Andrea for the amazing service and the great holidays! Nice roomy house - shame about the Ikea stuff

Stayed in this house (upper and lower level) from for 2 weeks with 5 adults and 2 children. Very friendly reception by representative (of house owner or agent?), with a guided tour of the house: we were shown all the rooms and the pool. There is a fire place in the upper apartment, not in the lower one. One room (per floor) for dining and lounging, with sofas and chair available for 6 (both upstairs and downstairs). If you do not want to eat out (restaurant literally across the road, food OK, reasonably priced, very nice/friendly waitress and owner) you will find an abundunce of cups and plates as well as cutlery in both kitchens, with sharp knives (makes a nice change from some other houses!), not so many glasses however. Boiling water in a pan takes a very long time, where the water somehow does not come to boil properly. May have something to do with the caloric value of the gas available? Kitchen is fitted with dishwasher and washing machine. Three bedrooms have their own bathroom 'en suite', one of the bedrooms (upper level) has a bathroom across the hall. Plenty of towels. Decorations in the house are nicely colour coordinated (lots of orange/brown), but are certainly not the quality I would expect to find in a house that sets you back more than an average monthly income (either UK or continental Europe) per week. Nearly all or perhaps all furniture comes from Ikea, with matching quality and 'sophistication'. Beds (double bed with head and foot board, 2 mattresses of 90x200cms) are terrible and are supported by a block of wood in the middle and offer no support to your back whatsoever. The mattresses are used so often that you roll towards the middle. I was offered an air mattress instead, but as the prospect of an air mattress appeared worse than what I had and as I did not want to spend a week on an air mattress after having spent this much money, I declined. The bathrooms (with toilet and bidet) are fairly clean. Some hairs and bits of fluff were to be found, but we disposed of those quite easily. The walls of the kitchen downstairs were not quite clean, but slightly matted in appearance. All in all a nice house in a nice location, with the pool being a definite plus. As for the decorations and the quality of the furniture and furnishings, they are most certainly not what you may expect for the money charged. If that does not change to a price of half an average monthly salary max in high season, then I would advise not to book this house.

Thanks for your valuable judgement of the house. I am very sorry that you did not mention your problems when you were here. I might have been a help and I could have given you the missing information: The cooker works with normal propane-gas that is used here in Portugal everywhere. As for the quicker cooking of water I would have recommended using the electric kettles in the kitchens. There are two of them. Of course I feel sorry that you could not sleep well. Maybe you should have given us a hint that you need something heavier and more stable than a standard matrass and bed. I am sure the owner of the house would have tried to arrange something appropriate for you. In the meantime the house has been provided with new and heavy matrasses so that even very well-padded persons should be able to take a relaxing rest there. By the way: The beds and the bedside tables are the only pieces of furniture that were bought at Ikea`s. The rest was imported from Germany. I am sorry that you did not feel perfectly well, but so far we have never had any complaints about the price or the quality of the house. Even in high-season the price is very reasonable ( - of course we offer budgets in spring, autumn and winter - ) and some of guests have already returned for the third time. Nevertheless we are always keen on keeping our customers satisfied. Please let us know more about your ideas of the kind of decoration and qualitiy of furniture and furnishings you would expect for the money charged. I am looking forward to hearing of you again. Hemos pasado 4 días geniales, 3 parejas de amigos con niños adolescentes, la casa perfecta, muy grande muy bien equipada muy limpia, las camas comodísimas, la cocina completísima con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y extras, la zona exterior tanto terrazas como piscina, barbacoa , pin pon cuidadas y amplias. El señor Mato muy amable y atento siempre. Lo recomiendo.

Great house, amazing stay

We were 7 friends spending 4 days in Andrea's house, and we had a wonderful stay! The house is really comfortable and spacious (2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 bathrooms, big rooms and beds), it is perfectly fitted for 8 people. The terrace is very sunny and the pool is spacious and beautiful. The barbecue was a plus ! The house was clean and very well equipped with all necessary comfort. It was hard to leave : we recommend 200%!

Superbe maison de vacances

Grande maison, parfaitement équipée, idéale pour séjour à 2 familles. Très belle piscine. La situation de la maison est parfaite pour découvrir l ouest de l Algarve et ses pépites. De très belles vacances ! Nous serions très heureux d y séjourner à nouveau !

Great family holiday property

Andrea was extremely welcoming and helpful and sorted out any problem or query promptly. The villa and pool were perfect for our large family get together of 8 adults and 3 children . There were several great beaches very close and a couple of good resteraunts .

Lovely, relaxing break

The property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family holiday. It was well equipped and had everything we needed (except for a potato masher) including a cot and high chair for the baby. Andrea met us on arrival which was quite late and she was available and responsive when we needed her. Everyone loved the house and the pool, both of which are well looked after. Our only comment is that the website doesn’t make it clear that the hot tub and sauna are extra. We would highly recommend this villa and location for anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday with lovely secluded beaches nearby. Thank you letting us stay in your wonderful villa, we had a great time.

Ferienhaus wie man es sich wünscht

Nach dem herzlichen Empfang von Hausverwalterin Andrea konnten wir (zwei Familien - 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder zwischen 6 und 14 Jahren) uns von den hohen Standards des Hause, wie sie auf den Bildern zu erkennen waren, überzeugen. Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Familien, aber auch für andere Gruppen, da es zwei getrennte Wohnungen sind und man sich so nah und fern sein kann wie man möchte. Tolle Zimmer, großzügige Bäder, große Wohnzimmer und für jedes Wetter (Wind, Sonne etc.) eine entsprechende Sitzgelegenheit im Außenbereich. Das Beste: Die Strände Ingrina und Zavial direkt vor der Haustür. Unzählige weitere und mindestens genauso schöne Strände, auch an der Westküste, innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein idealer Ort um sich rundum zu erholen.

Zistrosenduft und Sternenhimmel

Wir fahren schon seit vielen Jahren in dieses Ferienhaus und freuen uns immer wieder von Neuem drauf. Die Lage ist optimal zum Ausruhen und Entspannen. Die Strände Zavial, Ingrina und Fonas sind traumhaft schön, nicht überlaufen und zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten empfehlen wir dieses Haus äußerst ungern, da wir selbst möglichst oft dorthin möchten.

A "Villa Linda" é muita linda!

Linda e grande casa com duas andares com varanda em frente da casa com sofá. Grande sala de estar no primeiro andar com espaço de jantar. Tudo o que nos precisamos para ferias estava la, (3 churrasqueiras!) cama extra para as crianças e berços para os bebes. Televisões em cada andar e duas salas. Muito calmo este lugar mas perto das praias. Suficiente espaço para duas famílias com crianças. Obrigada Andrea para o serviço muito simpático e sempre disponível! Ruhiger Urlaub abseits der touristischen Algarve

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in der Villa Linda. Eine Familie hatte den unteren Bereich, die andere den oberen. Durch die separaten Eingänge ist jede Familie für sich. Schon vor Beginn des Urlaubs habe ich mich sehr über die nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Andrea gefreut. Dies wurde bei Ankunft gleich fortgesetzt: Andrea sparte nicht mit guten Tipps z.B. zu Stränden. Die Unterkunft selbst ist schön und praktisch. Der Balkon im oberen Bereich ist sehr groß und bietet reichlich Platz zum Essen oder Sonnen. Die Terrasse unten mit separatem Grillplatz lädt ebenfalls zum Essen und Sonnen ein. Die Kinder hatten reichlich Spaß im Pool. Für den alltäglichen Bedarf war alles in der Villa vorhanden, inklusive Strandtüchern, Spielzeug für den Strand, etc. Wir haben den Urlaub u.a. zum Wellenreiten genutzt. Der Strand Zavial ist in wenigen Minuten (vielleicht 3) erreichbar. Die Strände rund um Sagres (Mareta, Tonel, Beliche) in ca. 10 Minuten. Cordoama nahe Vila do Bispo unter 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Sagres (ein großer Intermarche), Budens (ein kleinerer Intermarche) und Vila do Bispo (Lidl) vorhanden. Der Ort selbst (Hortas do Tabual) ist klein, mit einem Bauern in der Nachbarschaft und einigen Ferienhäusern. Der Blick vom Balkon ist unverbaut. Tolle Jogging-Möglichkeiten bieten sich an, z.B. runter zum Strand nach Zavial und weiter nach Ingrina. Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Urlaub mit einer tollen Gastgeberin. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Erholung pur!!!

Das Haus liegt wunderschön und ruhig am Rande eines Naturschutzgebietes in einem sehr kleinen Ort. Im Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, man kann jedoch in wenigen Fahrminuten in der Nähe einkaufen oder findet auch ausreichend Restaurants zum Essengehen. Zwei sehr schöne Strände kann man auch zu Fuß (ca.2,5km) erreichen. Das Haus selber ist so konzipiert, dass auf jeder Etage je zwei SZ mit eigenem Bad, ein Wohnzimmer und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche vorhanden sind, weshalb hier auch gut zwei Parteien untergebracht sein können. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sowohl an Geschirr, als auch an Geräten. Im oberen Wohnzimmer gab es eine Heimkinoanlage, es gibt SAT TV mit vielen deutschen Sendern (war vor allem den Kindern wichtig). Der Pool ist sehr schön, wenn auch ziemlich frisch, es gibt viele Liegen und auch Tische mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Außerdem sind zwei Grills vorhanden.Das Haus hat uns allen von der Lage und der Ausstattung her super gefallen, wir haben einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch die Hausverwalterin, die sehr nett ist und uns bei der Krankheit unserer Tochter sehr behilflich war. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, noch einmal hierher zurück zu kommen.

Ein Traum, relaxen, Ruhe, Pool, Essen, feiern

Wir vier Männer waren schon mehrere male im Ferienhaus. Eine so wunderschönes Haus mit Garten Ruhe und einem traumhaften Pool. Es ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll verwaltet. Wir waren im Frühjahr dort, so dass wir den Pool genießen konnten und auch viel Zeit am Strand Praia Ingrina, Zavial und an der Westküste verbrachten. Das Haus ist großzügig und weitläufig, wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort und jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer. Unten konnten man Fernsehen und oben an einem einladenden Tisch gemütlich einen Wein trinken. Die Austattung ist sehr reichlich, nichts fehlt, unzählige Gläser, Besteck, Teller und Tassen, sehr hochwertige Töpfe. Auch sehr schön: der Grillbereich mit einem neu gemauerten Grill der auch sehr gut beleuchtet ist, so dass man auch am späten Abend grillen kann. Ebenso hat der Pool eine Beleuchtung, traumhaft schön, wenn man nachts noch ein Bad nimmt! Die Schlafzimmer im unteren Bereich sind sehr großzügig, so dass wir noch zwei Extrabetten einstellen konnten für die Kinder. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es große Spiegeltüren an den Schränken Auch gibt es im oberen Wohnzimmer einen Kamin, was die Abende sehr kuschelig und gemütlich gemacht hat. Im der Umgebung hat man auch zur jeder Jahreszeit die Möglichkeit Rad zu fahren (Hügel nicht unterschätzen) und ausgiebig im Feld auf festen Wegen zu joggen. Alles in allem ein Top-Haus, Preis sehr angebracht, Service perfekt, die Betreuung durch die liebevolle Verwalterin lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Immer wieder gerne

Wir waren nun das zweite Mal in der Villa Linda und sind wieder begeistert. Eine so wunderschöne Villa, so gepflegt und liebevoll verwaltet, dass man sich wohlfühlen muß. Wir waren im Spätsommer dort, so dass wir noch den Pool genießen konnten und auch viel Zeit am Strand verbrachten (in Praia Ingrina unbedingt das Frango piri-piri probieren). Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und weitläufig, wir waren mit zwei Familien da und jeder hatte seine Etage, durch die zwei Wohnzimmer auch schön, wenn einige Fernsehen schauen wollen und andere einen Wein trinken. Die Austattung ist sehr reichlich, nichts fehlt, unzählige Gläser, Besteck, Teller und Tassen, sehr hochwertige Töpfe, was wir ausgiebig nutzen.
