Master bathroom has shower and second bathroom has tub/shower.

Electric fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, W/D, and everything you'll need for your stay.

FREE shuttle to Beaver Creek, 10 minute drive to Vail.

Avon Crossing condo complex is located next Starbucks in Avon.

Easy access to Beaver Creek with multiple FREE and convenient options to get there: walk to Gondola or Elk Lot’s direct ski shuttle or take Avon ski shuttle. You can also drive to Beaver Creek Village and pay to park.

Condo is on the second floor so guests will need to walk up a flight of stairs.

There are 2 dedicated parking spots; one in the garage and another in the parking lot. Garage can fit a medium sedan or small SUV. Garage is also great for ski & bike storage.

Condo is fully stocked with complete kitchen, extra sheets, blankets, towels, plus started kit including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap.

Condo is located in the heart of Avon and an easy walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, coffee shops, ski shops, etc.

There are endless family friendly activities to do locally year round. If you have any questions or would like suggestions feel free to reach out.

Condo is centrally located for Medical Professionals. (1 mile to Colorado Mountain Medical, 5 miles to Vail Valley Medical Center and Shaw Cancer Center, 10 miles to Vail Health Hospital, and 22 miles to Eagle Healthcare Center).

Pets are not allowed and a lease is required.

You will have access to the condo, and two parking spaces; one in the garage, and a dedicated spot in the parking lot.

You will need CODES to enter the building, garage, and condo which I will provide to you before your arrival.

Avon is a very walkable town or a short drive to anywhere you will need to go. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, grocery stores, coffee shops and ski shops. Additionally, Beaver Creek is literally right in front of Avon and just a quick drive or bus ride up the hill.

I suggest not driving for skiing because it is not necessary. A quick walk and you are either at the Avon Gondola or at the bus terminal which takes you
