The space
This is our vacation home and favorite getaway spot, so we know you'll feel the love when you stay here too! While it sleeps 10 comfortably (7 adults & 3 children), per the city of Scottsdale we are only allowed to have up to 7 adults staying at the property.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, front and back yard and the entire home. There is space for 1 car in the garage, 2 cars in the driveway, and any additional cars can park in front of the home. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes.
We have a keyless entry system with a unique code provided to each of our guests prior to their stay.

FAQ's...
EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
Many flights land early in the morning at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. For this reason we offer a half-day add on, if the calendar permits, allowing you to arrive as early as 9am! Ask about that option when booking. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, the half-day option/early check-in won't be possible.
LATE CHECKOUT
Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking a half-day if our schedule permits. Let us know if you are interested in this option.
IS THE POOL HEATED?
No it is not at this time, though we do have the hot tub! Pool heat is not necessary to swim comfortably from April through September.
During the winter, pool heating is optional for an additional $50/night + taxes and fees.
HIBACHI?
We love hibachi! But due to the fire risk and noise complaints we're unable to allow them at the home. The same goes for cabana boys and/or strippers.
SMOKING
Prohibited anywhere on the property (including smoking e-cigarettes or “vaping”).
LUGGAGE DROP OFF: Unavailable
Our partner, Luggage Layover is a great option for this service!
SERVICES
To keep the home in its best shape, we have a service that provides landscaping and pool servicing which may fall during your stay. We do our best to give you a heads up!
PETS
We are dog owners and happy to welcome your well behaved four legged friend as well to our lovely home. We do ask that you make sure your dog is well behaved and that you clean up after them in the yard. There is an additional $100 non-refundable fee per dog and for any pet stays. (This does not cover extra cleaning, inside or out, after your pet)
Can I book for a friend, family member, or co-worker?
No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.
