気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、掲載情報の正確さ
This was by far the worst rental property I have ever stayed in. The blinds in the living room was messed up and I told the host he said “I know !”..the walls were extremely dirty , downstairs in the basement the bed with the gray comforter had stains on it .. the upstairs toilet inside was dirty .. one of the closets the shelves was broken and sitting off to the side ,with little holes in the wall.. the small sofa in the front living room that’s leather was cracked up so bad it needs to be thrown away. There was barely any tissue .. the first bathroom the tub knob came off and we couldn’t adjust the temperature so some took cold showers .. the basement has no AC they have a white fan unit that was blowing out hot air . The chair in the living room was broken the arms are coming off. The lights outside outside the property going down the stairs only one was working. The paint on the doors are chipping so bad , I should have brought my own paint. They inside of the kitchen cabinets had trash in it , the handle to the cabinet was falling off. The table In the dining room is old and the paint odd coming off . The first night that was booked which was a Friday night we ended up not even starting there and just going home because we were not comfortable because of the conditions. I literally couldn’t cancel because the next day was my daughters sweet 16 party we had so many guests coming and catering and decorations.. it was so embarrassing
