I visited the Belfast Cottage with my 15 year old son as a fun father/son getaway trip over the summer. Overall this is a very cute house, the hosts are lovely, and it's very clean and well maintained. That being said, we had two issues with the property, which are more of a personal preference than a complaint.
First, the listing said the house had air conditioning, but in reality, it had a single window unit in a small room off the main bedroom. We were there during one of the hottest weeks of the summer and it simply wasn't enough to cool anything besides the one bedroom. It took hours for the house to cool down to a comfortable sleeping level at night, so if you intended to use more than one bedroom, check the weather and make sure its not going to be too hot when you are there.
Secondly, I have stayed at enough VRBO properties to know there are two types, those that are investment properties, and those that are the owners personal use properties that they rent out from time to time. This is definitely the latter, with everything from the owners' clothes and food to family photos and personal belongings at every turn. Some people may not be bothered by this, but when I stay at these types of properties, I always feel like I am invading the owners' personal space, and it's uncomfortable. I know it's a personal preference, but houses that are owned to be full-time rentals feel far more comfortable to me. Again, not a complaint, just a personal preference.
