“Skybridge” is a huge and private home on a seven-acre property ideally situated just a few minutes outside Purcellville in rural Loudoun County. Less than an hour outside D.C., it provides easy access to local wineries, breweries, child-friendly farms, the Appalachian Trail, historic Purcellville, and Middleburg, VA. It comes stocked with all you need, and guests have access to a pool (in season), hot tub, fire pit, built-in charcoal grills, and more.

The Space:
Skybridge is a two listing property with its name coming from the unique Skybridge separating the two pieces. The Villa making up the main house and the Guest Suite which sits above the garage.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to an outdoor elevated porch, patio, hot tub, pool, and built-in outdoor charcoal grills (again, fully stocked). These outdoor amenities are private.

The Neighborhood:
The house sits on seven acres with one neighbor on each side of the property so guests will have privacy during their stay.

Getting Around:
Car, Bike, uber, lyft, etc.

Other Things to Note:
Plenty of spaces to park and a fast charging option for electric vehicles are available. Shower supplies and other typical hotel-room style amenities are provided. There may or may not be guests above the garage occupying the other listing.

Interaction with Guests:
There is a nearby property manager and the owner is typically available to answer questions on the app.
