This Vrbo rental is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly people and pets on the street daily walking by and saying hello. The house itself is very nice, super comfortable and homey. The yard is well fenced so your furry family can roam and not always be on leash which is great! When in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This was the cutest place to stay in while we visited Kyle, TX. We were so comfortable here. We have grown children, and they accompanied us to a wedding we were attending. They both agreed the home was welcoming and comfortable. We highly reccomend staying here. The host The hosts are wonderful and communication was on point!

Property was better than what the pictures showed. The thematic, cleanliness and the warmth that this property and neighborhood brought was to another level. We had the best time on Jessica’s property and it’s a true gem with plenty of history inside of the house, a must see and must stay property when you’re in Kyle TX. Truly the best experience we had so far.

Loved this location! The house was very clean, the kitchen was stocked and the beds were comfortable! Really loved that we could bring our dogs with us as well. We were in the area for a Friendsgiving, so having a kitchen with spices, cutting boards, etc., was a big plus. Thanks for having us and we would definitely stay here again when we are back in this area!

I am always nervous about renting homes that say pet friendly. We love animals, but did not travel with one. The house was exceptionally clean!! which makes my heart happy. You would never know that there have been any animals in that house. We came down for my daughter’s graduation. Not knowing how bad traffic was going to be we got to the home earlier than expected. The host was wonderful about letting us check in a little bit early. We really appreciate that since we had graduation cake, decorations, etc..We would rent again!!

Great stay at a perfect property!We had a wonderful week here with four adults and one small Yorkie, and this home truly checked all the boxes. The house was comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for both people and pets. Knowing our Yorkie was safe gave us peace of mind while we explored Austin and the surrounding areas. The neighborhood is quiet, welcoming, and very pet-friendly, and we especially enjoyed taking a relaxing afternoon walk each day. We would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed your darling home immensely. We would definitely recommend this place and stay again if we were ever in the area. We left a few eggs and some milk in the fridge. We didn’t have room to take it.

Hi! The host was super friendly, very responsive, and accomodating! We really enjoyed our stay. They let us bring our 2 dogs and even had some dog treats in the pantry for them. Everything that you need for your pooches is provided - a water bowl, 2 dog beds, and a tug-of-war toy. The neighborhood was super cute and the house was extremely clean. My family of 6 adults stayed there together - my elderly parents, my two sons and one of my son's girlfriends, any myself. We came down for my daughters wedding. The house was about 30 minutes from Chapel Dulcinea and about 15 minutes from the reception venue, so it was a great spot for us. All three bedrooms are upstairs, which I didn't realize, and it was hard for my Mom to go up and down the stairs. That is the only issue we had, other than that-perfection! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Eric has a passion for restoring vintage International pickup trucks from the 1940s and 50s, while Jess enjoys reading, listening to the blues, and making homemade pasta!

This home in Kyle holds a special place in our hearts as it was the first house we bought together after getting married in 2018. We’ve cherished our peaceful, beautiful neighborhood, especially enjoying long walks here with our pups.
