The host was very responsive and very fast to answer all questions. Very nice home especially if you have a large family. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. Highly recomend this host and this property.

Amazing Experience

My children loved the decor of the rooms. I would like to point out that the cinema room, games room, and pool area made our stay at the house so enjoyable that even thought we wanted to go to the parks, it was difficult to leave haha. I will definetely return as soon as possible. Thank you for the perfect stay!

The pictures online must have been taken several years ago. The house is not in as good shape as shown. It has definitely been used and shows wear and tear. One of the steps going upstairs is broken and was a constant fall hazard. The stair handles are coming out of the walls. The front of the house has a lot of trash around the ground. The kitchen utensils and dishes had to be cleaned prior to use. The hot tub is not accessible unless you pay the pool heating fee. This was misleading in the description. An upstairs bathroom smells of sulfur so strongly every time the sink is used. The skee ball game is broken in the garage/game room.

The pictures show a sensory room there wasn't one. The sheets on two of the beds were dirty, ask for washcloth every one got hand towels to wash with , trash hadn't been removed from out front, the house wasn't as clean as expected. Other than this was a very nice home and very roomy! Not the host fault house was not clean that is on the cleaning team.

Hi Jackie, thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify a few things. The sensory room is a community amenity located by the gym across the way, not inside the home. Regarding the trash, we have photos taken before your check-in showing the bin was empty/clean prior to your arrival. Also, the washcloths were provided as requested and were left in the laundry room along with the pool towels. Despite everything, we hope to host you again for an even better, more complete experience.
