Two larger bedrooms and one smaller bedroom that doubles as an office. A family room AND living room for extra space and lounging! The living room has a chair that folds out into a bed or chaise lounge. Don’t forget about the upper deck for enjoying fresh air and city views. Free parking onsite. Very walkable to local coffee shops/breweries/restaurants and shops along tree-lined streets and neighborhoods. Also walkable to grocery stores, Target and more. Brand new appliances, including a washer and dryer.

This home is in a highly walkable neighborhood with tree-lined streets and easy access to local coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, and boutiques. You’re also just a short walk from grocery stores, Target, and other everyday essentials. Drive only 3 minutes to freeway access and 5 minutes to Cincy.

Two spacious bedrooms and a third that doubles as a cozy home office or guest room. There’s both a family room AND a living room—plenty of space to spread out, relax, or work. The family room features a chair that folds out into a twin bed or chaise lounge, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Step out onto the upper deck to enjoy fresh air and skyline views.

Free on-site parking is included with a large parking pad for this house only.

Inside, you’ll find brand-new appliances throughout—including a washer and dryer for your convenience.

There is a 24-hour Speedway gas station across the street, which is very convenient if you need to grab something last minute. Because of this, the front bedroom with the queen bed may experience some road or gas station noise at times.

To make your stay more comfortable, we’ve added:
• A white noise machine
• Blackout thermal, noise-reducing curtains
• An additional fan for airflow and sound.

The home has noise sensors that simply detect volume levels, not conversations. They’re in place to help ensure a safe, comfortable, and peaceful environment for all guests, so you can relax knowing your stay will be quiet and enjoyable.

Please note that the home is from the 1800s and has beautiful large windows, which means some outside sounds may still be noticeable despite these measures.

Most guests find these features make for a restful stay, and many appreciate the convenience of having essentials just steps away.

We welcome well-behaved dogs with advance approval. To ensure safety and comfort, we ask that pets be fully house-trained and under 50 lbs. Certain breeds considered higher risk, are not allowed. Two pets maximum. Please note the yard is not fenced, so pets must be supervised at all times. A non-refundable pet fee applies to help cover extra cleaning.

Yard is not fenced, so leashes are required at all times. Thank you for picking up after your pets and being respectful of our neighbors.

This is a private, entire home rental (no shared spaces), so you'll have full privacy during your stay. We understand living away from home, and living in different types of spaces. We lived in LA in a 600 square foot studio apartment with a baby. We get it. So we added adequate functional storage solutions for your 30 day minimum stay. 

We know the hassle of travel and how exhausting it can be to finally arrive at your destination and realize you forgot something. So we purposely added starter toiletries sets. And not just basic ones. We added bamboo eco friendly toothbrushes, fancy Marvis toothpaste, locally handmade soap from KY, and more. 

We’ve provided a starter set of laundry needs - laundry detergent, dryer sheets, folding rack, iron, ironing board. The washer dryer combo - not the basic apartment set, but a quality upgrade for guest convenience. Enjoy the convenience of a sleek, new laundry tower featuring a full-capacity washer and dryer — a step above standard apartment models!

The living room has tons of natural light and the most comfortable recliners you’ll find. Kick back and read one of the vintage books, or the handcrafted books of ideas for enjoying the area. We took time to highlight the best attractions the area has to offer. Get out there and take advantage of the recommendations! Or grab the local guidebook highlighting walking trails around Cincinnati. It’s full of fun ideas! You’ll love taking in the 1800’s vibes, modern amenities and thoughtful details throughout the home. Built in the 1880's and completely renovated, this Victorian stands out as a perfect example of the architecture of the period. Fireplaces (now non-functional for the safety of our guests) in four rooms, large arched windows and doorways, spacious rooms and Victorian Age charm. On-site parking on a hidden concrete parking pad is prime real estate as it is adjacent to the East Row district, and this home has it! Easily walkable to both neighborhood cafes, coffee shops and shopping and large grocery stores, department stores and franchised dining and shopping. Extremely close to The Levee, Over-The-Rhine and even hospitals and urgent care facilities. Steps away from a small food mart, this property has it all for singles all they way up to large families.

We also made sure you were ready to start your morning fresh with local coffee from around the corner. It was freshly ground and is ready to brew. We added starter packs of cream and sugar, and sugar substitutes. We added filters and a compact immersion blender to prepare the perfect cup to start your day. 

We want you to get a taste of KY and Cincinnati so we have a welcome package of Grippos and Ale 8, cooled and ready for you to enjoy.

The bedrooms are intentionally set up for rest and relaxation. But also smart TVs (even in the bedrooms) and the option to let in tons of natural light while you read a book, or close the thermal, black out curtains to get a restful sleep. We've made thoughtful additions like sleep machines, black out curtains, extra soft sheets, pillow top mattress covers, high end pillows in both firm and soft, thoughtfully designed and decorated respecting both vintage and modern tastes, local handmade starter sets (toiletries, coffee, tea, honey, etc). Even making sure each bedside has adequate ports for phone charging and other electronics, etc.
