Ocean Vista offers you the VIEW of a LIFETIME! It is the premier unit of the exclusive "Mariner's Point" community. Its unique location at the very front of the units, offers you views without any obstructions between you and the ocean. Experience this view of Playa Hermosa from the comfort of your own private infinity pool at this 3-bedroom/ 3-bathroom condo that has everything you need to enjoy your stay in comfort in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, Costa Rica

Nestled in a tranquil setting, this comfortable property offers AC throughout each room, full size washer/dryer, a big grill, hotel mattress king beds throughout, complete kitchen, your own private parking space right next to the door, a star gazing/sun deck and more! Guests can relax and unwind while making a lifetime of memories in this unforgettable space.

The beach is very close, the road from the house ends at the beach. It’s only about a 1- 3 minute walk ( the house is on top of a very steep hill though if you plan on walking back up to the house). It’s only a 30 second drive to the secured beach parking area. The beach parking area has a watch guard that usually charges about $5 - $10 (US) for the day. The unit is perched on a steep hill, so please keep that in mind when considering walking it. We always recommend renting a car. The house provides about 4 - 5 beach chairs and a small cooler for your use at the beach.

The house is located right next to the guard post and main gate entrance. There are outdoor security cameras and a full time night guard as well. It is very safe and feels very safe as well.

All of the windows have heavy curtains for a good nights sleep and keeping the rooms cool, hotel mattress king beds throughout, and each room has its own full bathroom. The master bedroom even has bathtub!

The pool is shallow ( about 5 ft/ 1.5m ) so it gets lots of sun which keeps it at a nice temperature all year long.

The Star Gazing/Sun deck is for your use only. The other units do not offer this same type of open deck style option, making it a unique feature from the rest of the units in the community. The deck sits as a “perch”, with unobstructed and endless views of sunsets and stars. GREAT for PICTURES and unforgettable memories!

The kitchen is large, has an ice machine, oven,dishwasher, utensils, plates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and everything else you need to make meals or snacks anytime you want to dine-in.

We had a great stay and the hosts were extremely helpful. The condo had everything we needed and the view is amazing! We enjoyed the pool while watching the boats and beach down below. We also tried a restaurant recommended by our host and returned a couple of times for meals. Great location close to shops and restaurants. Would love to come again!

The host was extremely welcoming with lots of info to share about the home, security and area. So many amenities were in the house including condiments, spices, beach towels, beach chairs, laundry soap, etc. Best of all was the pool, patio and view.

This place was very impressive. It had everything we needed to have a great stay with a pool view that is unlike any I have seen. Mark, the host, was very welcoming and took care of everything. Will definitely be coming back!!! The pool was so nice and clean also.

The view really is that good. The pool was wonderful. Everything you need to cook in the kitchen. A steep hill to walk up from the beach, but doable. We would definitely come back to this spot. Would very comfortably fit 6 adults (we were 5 people- 3 adults, 2 kids).

We were greeted by Ted and Mark, they showed us around, pointed out the features and followed up with a text which is great so you don’t have to remember everything. The house was as pictured, plenty big enough for 3 couples. The view was amazing, the pool was great, kitchen well equipped, laundry made packing lighter. Mark was available and prompt answering our questions. We had a great vacation! Ted and Mark stopped by before we left to say thanks and goodbye-a nice touch. We gave them 2 suggestions for improvements and they thought they were good ideas. We would certainly stay here again and will recommend this property to our friends. Host communicated well and met at the property to answer all questions and show us around. Great information. The property itself was stunning views and well maintained and cleaned. Very well stocked, anything you can need to cook, with large kitchen and outdoor propane grill. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was lovely. Just us and two kids and they shared a room, so more than enough room room for all of us. The pool with the property is perfect! Clean and lots of sunshine, pool chairs and large table and chairs as well, lights for swimming at night in pool. There is also a great pool a walk up the hill that is main pool for rest of condos that do not have private pools as this one. Beach towels and chairs provided. Close to town, most things just a few minutes to 10 minutes away. Several beaches in the area and 45 min from airport. Easy drive. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to families/couples/groups of friends!

Hola! My name is Mark. I grew up in Costa Rica. I’m originally from New Orleans but my mother’s family immigrated here over 60 years ago. My parents and I followed in the mid 90s and decided to stay. I received dual citizenship after attending high school here in Costa Rica and speak both languages fluently.

I am not part of any large property management company. I work independently only for friends and my favorite neighbors, making it easier for you to have direct access to me if you have any questions or need any assistance with your unit.

It’s great to work with so many wonderful travelers and the owners who love to share their beautiful homes. Our guests can experience the joy of being in Costa Rica and learning what it means to say, “pura vida” ☀️🌴
