Incredibly clean and wonderfully decorated. The host even put out tasteful/cute fall/Halloween decorations throughout. Walking distance to restaurants/bars. Neighborhood felt safe, no problem waking around at night. Will definitely stay there again.

The house was lovely, seasonal, and clean. Suggestions for the area, check-in, and check-out were in a convenient binder, which I could reference in times of uncertainty.

The home was very nice, well decorated and clean. Stay was generally comfortable. We only had two issues. The bathroom door didn't lock which wasn't a huge deal and the A/C recommendation/limitation was too high for our comfort. The second floor bedroom was very warm at night and, if the door was closed, the second bedroom on the main floor (not the larger master) did not cool down very well even though air was coming out of the vent. I'd still recommend staying here for those who like it a bit warmer or if the temperatures during stay are more moderate than our stay in July. The location is also excellent with a close grocery store, plenty of nice restaurants and short drive to downtown Reno.

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Reno. Clean, comfortable and great central location with easy access to all that Reno has to offer. The decor is so cute and she even decorated the house for Christmas. The kitchen has everything you need and it’s nice stuff. Most rentals stock old pots and pans but Midtown Bungalow has new everything! The beds are soft and have beautiful bedding. The living room has a large couch, big window (my small dog loves looking out the window) and a TV ready to go. There’s a little back yard with a sitting area so calm and peaceful with lights at night. I have stayed in many rentals and this one is hands down my favorite! I will be back every time I’m in Reno. And if you happen to need anything, the host is very responsive. 10 out of 10

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Midtown Reno has a magnetic energy that’s hard to resist. It’s walkable, artsy, full of character, and packed with incredible local coffee shops, breweries, and vintage stores. I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect mix of city buzz and small-town charm, with easy access to Lake Tahoe, Truckee, and all the outdoor adventures Northern Nevada has to offer.

Guests love the vibrant decor, comfy beds, curated local touches, and private backyard. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the front porch or playing lawn games out back, you’ll feel like a true Midtown local.
